With your own private dock, you’ll have easy access to the tranquil waters of Tampa Bay, ideal for fishing or kayaking right from your backyard.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is just a quick drive to downtown St. Pete and the stunning Gulf beaches. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool with a book, splashing with the kids, or exploring local cultural events, you’ll find the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure here.

Designed for comfort, the house features modern amenities like voice-activated smart home features, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a spacious living area. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, an attached bath with a walk-in shower, and a sitting room with views of the pool and canal. Two additional guest rooms provide flexibility with twin beds that can be combined into kings, sharing a hall bath.

The outdoor living space is truly special, with a covered patio and a pool bath for quick clean-ups. Relax under the shade, enjoy the water views, and watch for dolphins and manatees right off your dock. You’ll also find a charcoal grill and ample seating for dining al fresco.

We’ve equipped the home with plenty of games, puzzles, and movies for endless fun, along with kayaks available for rent. The kitchen is stocked with spices and staples to help you avoid those last-minute grocery runs.

Families with young children are welcome! We provide a pack-and-play and feeding seat. However, please note that there is no gate between the house and pool, nor a barrier to the dock, so children must be supervised at all times. We kindly ask parents to clean up after their kids to keep the space pest-free.

For your peace of mind, we have security cameras on-site, which are not monitored during your stay but help us manage the property. Please refrain from tampering with them.
