My family loved our stay here! Great location! Felt very at home here had everything we needed and the unit was very clean. The host was was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had a great stay in st. Pete. I will be staying here again next time I come to St.pete!

We ended up in a different place due to a plumbing issue with the place we originally booked and it doesn’t give me an option to review that place. The host was able to easily move us to another property and was easy to communicate with.

The place honestly wasn't what I expected. The living room isn't really designed for lounging, which made it less comfortable than anticipated. Be aware that the primary bathroom is studio-style and has no door, which may not be ideal for everyone. I was also surprised that there wasn't a TV in the primary bedroom.There were a few areas where guest accommodations could be improved. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no coffee pods even though there was a coffee machine, there were no washcloths, and the bedding had a slightly stale smell.The outdoor space was unique but could have used some maintenance. Overall, the interior photos are accurate, but if the host paid a little more attention to the details and guest amenities, the stay would have been much better. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The house we rented had issues with the water heater and Chanda given us a new remodeled home instead. Just missing few things because was the first time rented kind of trash can and trash bags, esponje, etc. other than that our stay was pretty good.

I booked this beautiful home for a long weekend to attend my niece's wedding in St Pete. After a series of delays on our flight from PA we finally arrived! I had great communication with Chanda and she was so generous and kind! I told her my sisters, and I brought our 89-yr old mother, and she thought that was such a good thing for us girls to do. We asked for something, and it arrived within minutes PLUS she bought some food and other things for us and said to make sure your mom eats some fruit. That was so sweet! She was very prompt in responding to everything. Her home is lovely and 15 min from the airport. It's modern and clean and has great looking furniture and accessories, We loved it! Thank you, Chanda for treating us so well and caring about my mom! I highly recommend her home and would come back!

We tried messaging the host twice prior to our stay and got no response. The email with instructions said to call if needed yet no number was provided. There was damage to the kitchen table and what looked like green slime running down the wall in the kitchen. Also no water pressure in the showers. Nothing that made us feel like we needed to leave but we would not book again.

The property was in a great location, clean, and modern, but a little rough around the edges. The water pressure in the showers was very low, making the master bedroom shower unusable. The doors are difficult to shut, especially the back gate, and many of the amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc) were not sufficient for an 8 night stay. However, we still had a great time at this property and would recommend it as a great place to stay in the area, especially if just for a few nights.
