My wife and I surprised our 20-yr old son and his best friend with a beach vacation before they all head back to college. Admittedly, they had a couple of friends come down for one night so they could go to the beach early the next morning which technically broke the rules for how many could sleep in the unit for a night. That was fine. I paid the extra fee assessed by the owner. That was my fault as I didn’t think it’d be as big an issue as the owner made it out to be. He accused me of being a liar, and lectured me like I was a first grade elementary school student. I continued to be very apologetic to him and made sure all was taken care of. After that, the two young men (my son and his friend), were continually harassed and hounded by the association owners. The young men don’t drink, don’t do drugs and are very respectful, upstanding men. They hurt no one, harmed nothing and bothered nobody, yet were continually treated like inmates in a prison. 1. They were told that they weren’t allowed to drive in and out of the parking lot after 9pm. Absolutely ridiculous! 2. They were yelled at for riding their bikes on to the grounds up to their door area. They were told that they needed to get off their bikes at the street and then walk them up, while young kids were riding their bikes in the parking lot. 3. A woman was peering into their window repeatedly. When asked what and why, she said, “I’m making sure you’re not breaking any rules.” Intrusive, rude and insane! Awful!

Property was good , we didn’t use the private beach as we were visiting family that has a beach house location was great and all the info about the area was accurate dinner at the Andrea Friday night was very good !

Absolutely perfect little spot

My wife and I just left this place what a perfect little spot. Located in the center of everything and I mean everything with a great little night life. Liang the owner was so on point with communication. Will book this place over and over again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Property was clean and had all amenities needed for a vacation. Less than 5 minute walk to Misquamicut beach/Paddy’s beach club. Liang was an amazing host, great at communicating and provided details for all restaurants and sites to visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for hosting us, Liang!

Special 4th of July

Was very easy. The owner was very accommodating. The area was exactly where we wanted to be. People surrounding was excellent. The room was small. But exactly what we needed. There is extra stuff in the condo. All in all we were extremely happy with everything. Looking forward to hopefully renting out this place again in the future.
