Spanning 3 floors and with 7 spacious bedrooms (all with private en-suite) 2 swimming pools and balconies overlooking wonderful tropical views you will find plenty of areas in which to relax, whether it may be with a morning coffee whilst watching monkeys swing through the trees or just enjoy a good book by the pool!

We pride ourselves in offering you unparalleled service from enquiry to checkout. It is our goal to do all we can to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From the minute you reserve your stay at Bruadair we are on-hand either by email or telephone to assist with any questions, requests or concerns that you may have, once the day of arrival comes our house manager will meet and greet you and also be on hand to deal with any questions or issues (that we hope do not) arise. Our housekeeper services the villa 5 days per week Monday-Friday for 4 hours per day.

We aim to go above and beyond in order to meet your specific requirements; many additional services can be arranged to make your experience as unique and unforgettable as possible.

Why they chose this property

The idea of Villa Bruadair was to create a private and relaxing setting where one can become immersed in the luxuriant surroundings of this idealistic environment. The Villa was built on a previously unused plot overlooking a luscious rainforest setting, home to a multitude of wildlife, including monkeys, who regularly can be seen swinging through the canopy.
A brilliant aspect of the Villa is that it is privately set away from the outside world, allowing you to relax in peace. However, less than a ten minute walk away, you can find stunning west coast beaches, welcoming bars, and award-winning restaurants!
Why choose Barbados over any other Caribbean island? I have visited many Caribbean islands, and from my own personal experience, Barbados is in a league of its own! From the overly-welcoming locals to the vibrant, exciting culture, exploring the island is bound to be an exciting, pleasurable and truly memorable experience! Of course, if exploring isn't for you, Barbados oozes with opulence. A great example of this is the Lime Grove lifestyle centre, situated a few minutes away from the Villa and boasting one of the best luxury and duty-free shopping experiences on the island.
