14 The Falls this is our 2nd visit to Kerry’s house 10 nights in Barbados for crop over month.-meeting up with Sandra the housekeeper. The option of using the beach club a added bonus to the vacation, we have recommend to all our friends in the Uk to jump at the chance to rent Kerry’s fab home.

Absolutely fantastic property. It felt so homely with all the attention to lots of little details. Host and property manager were very helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. It’s the best location we have stayed in Barbados and would definitely come back.

Beautiful property set in a perfect position…close to restaurants and beaches … beautifully presented and well kept, also felt really safe and secure having the gated security Great to have the swimming pool and gym just a short walk away too.. would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Barbados

Great Place

Lovely property, beautifully furnished in a great safe location. Upstairs bedrooms are delightful - light and spacious. The Beach House pool is a wonderful place to chill, swim and have a cocktail at the end of the day. Would recommend staying at this property.

Great to be back at 14 The Falls

My wife and I just returned from another fabulous stay at 14 The Falls. Home is very well appointed with nice space to relax.Outdoor back patio is an oasis and great spot for sundowners or to see the monkeys early in the morning. Can highly recommend!!

Barbados villa holiday

Lovely property, lots of space and enough towels, crockery etc. Decoration of the villa was beautiful. A group of 5 friends/ couples celebrating milestone birthdays.

Awesome

The location between Holetown and Sandy Lane was ideal. The air conditioning worked well for sleeping. Access to the beach and the beach club made the trip very relaxing. We look forward to returning.

Excellent property immaculate

We really enjoyed our stay at the house . It was everything we had hoped it would be going off the description given. Kerry was fantastic at supplying any information we needed and would phone to make sure everything was ok during our stay . We would definitely return again .

Beautiful house in excellent location

The house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated and with everything you could possibly want. It was very easy to walk into Holetown in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was also only a ten mins walk away. Would definitely consider returning to this lovely property.

Sun getaway

This house was really lovely, large rooms, very clean and attractively decorated…. The manager was on call for any problems and the cleaner was excellent. The garden was icing on the cake, pretty, and with a solid roof and fan was delicious to relax inwhen very hot. Would recommend this house

Beautiful comfortable villa

We were 4 adults staying over New Year. The villa is beautiful , very clean and very well equipped . There was nothing we needed . Kerry also was very easy and lovely to deal with .

Lovely Home

Well located, just 10/15 minutes walk from Holetown. Nice and spacious and well equipped. Pool area was lovely and not much used by other residents so nice and peaceful. The Beach Club was very nice with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers. Nice restaurant on site. The security and other staff at The Falls were really friendly and helpful as was the housekeeper. All in all, a very enjoyable family holiday.

Well situated property near Holetown

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and the amenities at this location. Air con units in each bedroom which were also en suites. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Within a short drive to the grocery or the beach property. This was our first visit to Barbados and we had a fabulous time. Thank you Terry for checking in several times!

Beautiful Home in a Tranquil Setting

Just returned from 6 weeks at 14 The Falls. What a gorgeous home with every amenity possible. The host was very responsive and has a great local team that answered all our questions and quickly resolves any minor issues. The pool/beach club is a nice bonus and the on-sight pool was fantastic. Its very close and was usually empty. Loved 14 The Falls so much we have already booked for next winter. Great location for your next vacation!

Fantastic holiday home.

Kerry’s house is a perfect base for any trip to Barbados. The house is spacious and immaculately clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and en-suites. The house is in a gated community and super secure. We loved the house the area the weather the beaches the restaurants. We will definitely be back to Barbados and if we can find dates when this gem is not booked we will be back here. Paradise.

Enjoy the best Sandy Lane Barbados getaway

This place had everything!! I've stayed at a lot of rental properties, but none have been so well stocked with amenities as Kerry's villa at The Falls. Every time we thought we needed to go get something, we found the owner had already thought of it. The decor was beautiful, the house itself was immaculately clean, and the membership to The Beach Club on Sandy Lane beach was a nice bonus too. We travel to Barbados a couple times a year and now have a new favorite place to stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
