About this property

Million Dollar View!

Fall in love with Auckland 'the city of sails!' We're right on the doorstep of downtown Auckland and the gorgeous cafe soaked 'Viaduct Harbour'. Our tastefully decorated home is light, airy and fresh with unimpeded views of the harbour - it's sensational! 5 mins walk to nearby Ponsonby with its wonderful shops and restaurants, or a 15 minute walk to the Viaduct Basin. Honestly, you'd be hard pressed to find a better location!
Our house is a traditional bungalow dating back to the 1860s. We have completely renovated it and split it into two separate units. This unit faces the sea, and all day sun floods into the living area through the French doors, that lead onto our deck. The deck faces the sea and you can spend countless hours sitting on the deck watching the yachts in the harbour racing, or having a BBQ with friends in the evening and looking at the lights of the harbour bridge, the boats and the city.
Parking is available on the property.

Why they chose this property

Being near the water is a big part of our lives. We love boating and fishing, plus in this location we get the added benefit of watching yachts racing on the harbour, right in front of us. Also, we are so close to the Viaduct Basin - a must do for travellers. We love biking and walking around this beautiful suburb. You will too!
