Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The bungalow was clean and very quaint. The only thing I would recommend is blinds that aren’t see through for the windows. We had a great 3 nights there and walked to many attractions!

The property is conveniently located to be within walking distance to the falls and all of the hot spots in Niagara, which was great. The neighborhood is a little run down but we did feel safe. The check in process was smooth and the host was very helpful in giving us places to go and things to see.

The checking process went well. The neighborhood was not great, but we had no problems there. The house had a terrible odor. I contacted the host, but no response about the odor. The house was a bit rundown, but the bed was comfortable. The host did share information about things to do and places to eat. I had to ask about the check out process as nothing was provided in writing.

At no point did you contact us or mention any odor in the home, nor did we receive a request for assistance regarding this issue. Had you brought it to our attention, we would have responded promptly and made every effort to address it. We therefore find the statement that you contacted the host about a “terrible odor” to be inaccurate and not consistent with our records. We take great pride in maintaining our property and providing a clean, comfortable stay, as reflected by the overwhelming number of five-star reviews from our guests. We also provide guests with information regarding checkout, and we are always happy to clarify any questions during their stay.

Host was great with communication and suggestions on things to do and places to go. Loved how close it was to all of the attractions. The only negative was the neighborhood is very rundown and we were a little concerned with safety. The bungalow was cozy and fairly clean, but needs a good deep clean. Otherwise it was a great stay. Everything we needed was provided.

Perfect little bungalow. Clean, neat and great location. Easy walk to many attractions. Host was informative and very helpful. We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed the area. The theme of blue was throughout which made it a fun experience . Great parking off street in back. Access easy.

Had a nice stay at the Blue Bungalow. I think that an updated Bluetooth TV would go a long way. Niagra Falls is amazing and we walked just about everywhere, including Canada. Great trip.Thanks

When we got the the trailer was 75 in there and it was very warm. We had to lower the temp and it took so long to cool it down. Also at night there was no extra blankets. The neighbor hood was very poor with houses all boarded up around you. A lot of strange people walking and a lot of homeless with signs. We didn’t feel safe at all. We came back to the trailer and found water and dirt on the living room floor. The gate was closed and we left it open on purpose. We ended up leaving two days early of feeling unsafe. I don’t recommend at all.

This review is misleading and does not accurately represent the property. This is a bungalow-style single-family home—not a trailer—with a new furnace and central air installed in April 2026. The temperature complaints were also contradictory: first the home was supposedly too warm at 75°, then additional blankets were requested. With nearly 200 five-star reviews, our guests overwhelmingly tell a very different story. We welcome legitimate criticism, but future guests deserve facts—not misleading characterizations or judgments based on appearance or socioeconomic circumstances. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

The house is the perfect size for one or two people. The air conditioner was not an issue to me because it was rather cool outside. The neighborhood is a little sketchy the houses are at least 100 years old and there's one house near me thats boarded up. At least it's quiet.I pick this place because it's within walking distance to the casino and a short drive to the boarder and parks. Mr Rizzo was friendly about what to see and do

The Blue Bungalow is a quiant little place that we loved. It was very close to everything and walking was easy. The host was very accommodating and very helpful on suggestions of things to do and places to go and places to eat. Communnication was easy and host is very nice. Will hopefully stay again.

Perfect Vacation Home

Very clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and helpful with our stay. Able to easily walk to major attractions which made getting around the busy area a lot less stressful. Small fenced in area was a huge bonus to make our pup more comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area

Great place to stay!

We stayed for 4 nights here and it was perfect for us! The area in the backyard was great! The house was very cozy with a lot of room. The neighborhood is beat down but no issues with our stay. Would definitely visit again!
