Great villa, great spot

We had a fabulous stay at Poseidon Blue. The Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Short distance to the beach, short walk to a number of fabulous tavernas and local supermarkets. The owner was great and easy to contact. The property manager came and promptly fixed a small issue we had. We had a lovely holiday.

After being let down at the last minute Koula stepped in and saved the day for our long awaited family holiday. We were extended every courtesy and facility we could have asked for and more.I had some concerns taking my husband on holiday so soon after an abdominal surgery as he required special meal preparation but Koula's well stocked kitchen equipment met the need and she was very helpful during our communications before we left home. Consequently, our month long stay was just what the doctor ordered and it was the best recuperation my husband could have had. Despite a late flight we were met at Villa Poseidon Blue by Koula's agent and given the necessary guidance and information to have a comfortable stay along with a welcome gift of wine and snacks. It was lovely to move in to a very clean and well presented villa and slipping in to cool cotton sheets in an air conditioned room was perfect. The next day it was easy to establish ourselves with the guidance of the information book provided by Koula and the holiday began.After two weeks we were joined by family which included two teenage girls who thrived in the pool and relaxing on the many sun loungers. Their holiday dream was met by Koula's information about nearby horse riding.With the housekeeping and pool maintenance being so regular our holiday was trouble free.I feel Koula wanted us to enjoy her villa as much as she does, and she succeeded.

Comfortable villa with beautiful garden and pool area

This is a well-appointed villa in good condition. The garden and pool area ps are lovely and very spacious with different areas to sit in and out of the sun. There is air conditioning in all rooms except for the lounge. The villa is next to a main road with some noise but we didn’t find it a real issue. The beach and local shops are close by - around a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa was easy to find. Its a beautiful property, close to restaurants and mini supermarkets. The property its self was clean, spacious and we'll equipped. The pool and the garden are gorgeous. The villa is next to a main road with 24/7 traffic. Saying that you don't hear the traffic in the property. It would have been appreciated if a welcome packhaf been left with water, snack etc, as we arrived after midnight to an empty fridge. I didnt have any communication with the Property Manager but had numerous conversations with Koula who i have to say was amazing and so helpful even though on a different continent with a different time Zone. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa, it has everything you could want 💕

Rhodes

Lovely villa. Arrived at the wrong time during the fires. Had to liaise with owner in Australia. Property manager not too helpful and we were left with no accommodation for the first 24 hours. On arrival at the villa we were assured it was safe. Hotels remained empty for days and no one checked on us. Owner was helpful but not in Rhodes. Daily power cuts closed bars and no public transport for the first part of the holiday. The people of Rhodes are amazingly helpful and we relied on the kindness of strangers for the first part of our holiday. Whilst this couldn’t be foreseen, more advice and support from the property manager would have been reassuring.
