Master bath with shower, walk in closet and large lanai. Second bedroom with queen sized bed and closet. Den with desk and television. Living room and den have large wall mounted smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has an open view into the living room and patio with a stunning water and nature view.
The community has its own clubhouse within walking distance with pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Port of the Islands is surrounded by approx. 900,000 acres of state and federal park lands and located near the Florida Everglades. Full-service marina offers an excellent restaurant, convenience store, fishing charters, eco and manatee tours, boat slips and storage. Marina has a Public Boat Launch with direct access to the Ten Thousand Islands and the Gulf of Mexico with great fishing. Port of the Islands is located only 15 miles from the famed beaches of Marco Island and 20 minutes from exclusive shopping in downtown Naples.
