5275 Tivoli Way at Tivoli by the Sea is a beautiful second floor unit which captures the essence of luxury at the beach! Meticulously designed and decorated with upscale comfort in mind, this villa is a cut above the rest. With the finest finishings and details, this is perhaps the most beautiful four bedroom in Tivoli. The owners just added a six seat golf cart for your use!

Privately located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the beach side of the Resort, this vacation spot is within a 10-12 minute walk, and just a few steps from the sparkling blue swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea. The complimentary tram will pick you up at the Tivoli stop and take you directly to the beach boardwalk or the Baytowne Wharf entrance. Our villa is convenient to all that the Resort has to offer!

Soaring ceilings and dappled sunlight lend relaxing ambience to the main living areas. The remarkably stylish and spacious family room is designed in muted natural colors with touches of sea blue. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat panel television for family entertainment. The open concept design offers convenient access to the kitchen and dining areas. With granite countertops and stainless appliances, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and gadgets you will need to enjoy preparing meals for the family. The dining area seats eight guests, and there is additional seating for three at the countertop bar. Outdoor balcony seating is convenient for everyone to gather and enjoy an impressive golf course view. There is no elevator for this unit.

The master bedroom suite offers a comfy king bed with luxurious linens, generous closet space, a flat panel television, and access to the screened balcony. The en suite master bathroom features custom travertine tile work, a deep soaking tub, a separate shower, a water closet, and double vanities.

A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen sbed, an HDTV and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a large shower. A third guest bedroom suite features a queen bed, an HDTV and a full bathroom finished in travertine with a bathtub/shower combination. There is a spiral staircase leading from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a kids sleeping area with two twin beds, a full bed, and an HDTV. The downstairs laundry room provides a washer and dryer.

*** NOTICE REGARDING PARKING: Each unit is allocated one assigned parking spot only in accordance with HOA and security regulations—no exceptions. The Tivoli neighborhood has a few visitor spots however they are first come, first serve. Only one spot is guaranteed. The resort does not offer overflow parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
