The kitchen is the centerpiece of the open floor plan - you'll love being able to prepare meals for the family while staying connected to the conversations and the vacation! The L-shape kitchen with center island features stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and dedicated overhead lighting for the island. You'll find everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for your entire family!

The dining area is conveniently located, with easy service from the kitchen area, and offers natural views through the patio windows on two sides. With plenty of room for your family gathering, you'll no doubt share memories and laughter around the dining table together.

Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee, or sipping an evening cocktail, the wrap-around screened-in porch is the place to be! From the beautiful second-floor location, you'll love the warm breezes blowing up from the Gulf of Mexico. You'll of course find all the basics included, such as cable TV, Internet/Wifi, full-size washer and dryer, plenty of fresh towels and linens, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Should you need any extras, the Publix at Grand Boulevard is just a couple minutes away.

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*Please note: You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone.

*Please Note: RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.
