This cottage boasts captivating views of the bay with a beautiful outdoor porch that is optimized for full enjoyment. The dock also doubles as an outdoor patio space for enjoying dinner al fresco or drinks with friends by the bay. Clean your fresh catch right at the dock on our new fish cleaning table!
Bay View Cottage offers a bright and airy, open-concept living/kitchen and dining area and also an en-suite bed/bath on the main floor. On the second floor there's another 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This pristine residence is completely outfitted with everything you will need to make your vacation a comfortable and pleasant experience, including central A/C throughout, Satellite TV, Wifi Internet, BBQ Grill,
5-gallon water cooler and laundry facilities. There is also a pack-n-play for guests with little ones.

Excellent location and perfect in every way!

Six of us came by Boat and stayed for a week, can’t say enough good things about Ross and his wife who stay on the property. He helped us a bunch with fishing spots and ideas to do on the island. The dog had everything we needed for our boat, water and electric Fillet table, etc. we will be back for sure next year.

Family Get away!

This was our 4th trip back to this VRBO in Spanish Wells! It is the PERFECT place to stay!!! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The Hosts are amazing! The dock is SO convenient and the cottage is laid out perfectly and has everything anyone would need. It deserves our highest recommendation and we can’t wait to come back!!!

Great hosts, awesome spot, clean house, perfect location! Ross was so great and even brought us down fresh conch salad. We’ve stayed at many places on Spanish Wells and this was by far our favorite property so far. We will most definitely be back!

Our family of 6 stayed for 10 nights. The property is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay, and we had family dock their boat right in front of the house at the private dock. The owner was so very kind. The McLean Clan:Exceptional!We are repeat guests, and our stay was fantastic as always. One couldn't ask for a cleaner or more perfect house than this. It is truly a treasure! For boaters, the dock set set up perfect, and is well protected within Pelican Bay. Stella and Ross, the owners/hosts, were super nice and welcoming, bringing us fresh conch salad and delicious mango bread. Ross went out of his way arranging for Customs to clear us in upon arriving late due to bad weather and a small boat. We have found our new "home away from home".
