We had an amazing vacation as usual! Our kids were in the pool all day every day and the deck area and pool were always super clean. Having the ability to go from the pool the beach so quickly made the trip a lot easier with young children.

My friends and I had a great time. The Caprice Resort couldn't be more convenient to get to the volleyball courts at Upham Park. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. This was the fourth time we've stayed at the Caprice and every time it's been a pleasure.

We loved this condo and the area is beautiful. We rebooked before we left. This was our second time at the Caprice and we just love it.

Good communication, room not very clean and needs updating, pull out couch not good for sleeping. Location very good, grills on site were nice. 800 in total fees (Host service). Parking was good.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The beach is relatively quiet and clean. The unit was adequately equipped and comfortable. The beach chairs and toys were nice to have for the kids! The office staff was very friendly. We'll be back!

LeeAnn at the front desk was amazing, super friendly and great with our kids. Also really helpful and generous. The maintenance guy, didn't catch his name, seemed to always be right there when you needed him, even for the smallest requests.

Another great stay at Caprice!

We weren’t sure if this trip would happen due to the hurricanes. But it did. We were moved from a first floor unit that had some damage, to a fourth floor unit. The beach was beautiful and very clean. They have done a wonderful job. There is lots of damage and deviation still, but they are making progress in the area. Leann, in the rental office was wonderful as usual. She let us have a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until evening time. The pool wasn’t open, but it looked like they were getting close. We assumed it wouldn’t be open yet. Wasn’t a bad g deal for us.
