Great Condo

Enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. Very clean, lot of room everything you need for a great vacation. Very nice pool area indoor and out and nice work out room available to excercise. Also enjoyed the hot tub and great bbq area Definitely will be back soon.

Nice Property on the Floribama Line

The property was very nice with an indoor and outdoor pool. The only drawback was proximity to Floribama bar. The first night or two were very loud. Luckily or unfortunately, Covid19 shut down the bar. Otherwise, this is a great property with beach access.

The table set on the patio was terrible, not enough seating and table was useless too high…Also there was no icemaker, eight people 8 people uses ice up quick~

Amazing

We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was so clean, and all the furniture was new and modern. Everything we could have wanted in the kitchen was there. The beds were very comfortable and the building was very nice as well. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to provide some kind of towel drying hooks on the bathrooms or on the balcony. With 10 people staying in the condo; wet bathing suits, beach towels and bath towels were hard to reuse. We ended up having to wash and dry more towels than we would have if there was more hanging areas. Just a suggestion. We would totally recommend this condo to anyone interested! It will be a family vacation to remember! Thank you!

Great clean quiet nice sized property. Area was quiet and convenient..... could walk to food or simple needs at gas station. Will return and my family is hard to please. Usually stay out 30A way but just sick of the crowds traffic etc.

I'm really at a loss as to how to describe this week....

I just wrote a scathing review and used all 2500 characters and erased it. We had lots of issues, as in water running from unknown sources and mechanical failures that looked to be from neglect and lack of upkeep. When we called, they were addressed promptly by people who were attentive and courteous and helpful. But ultimately, we were without a third bathroom the entire week, had workmen coming and going the entire time, had to endure the noise of a giant dehumidifier running all waking hours ( think jet engine in your bedroom kind of noise). Now that everything (and I am hoping there is a working light outside the entrance by now) has been fixed or addressed, this would have been a lovely condo. The view was perfect, the furnishings nice, the mattresses excellent. Pot holders would be a nice addition. Just saying...But we stayed prime time and spent a fortune and while the owners offered, through a third party, a 20% rebate, when we found out they were in the building and didn't bother to stop by to at least assess the problems in their own property, I have to say I was livid. Because that reeks of someone who was already aware of the issues and did not want to confront them. It would have gone a long way. As it turns out, one of the workers on the property affirmed that this unit had been having ongoing water issues that had not been resolved, and yet they continued to rent it out knowing that. And, sadly, if I had taken the time to dig through reviews on multiple sites, I would have seen that was true. Lesson learned. Rant over. I have already booked two different units for future vacations, in this building because we really liked everything else about it. I think this one will be just fine now that we have identified all the issues and they seem to have responded, but it just tainted the whole experience for me. (this IS the short version, LOL)

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and wanted to mention that the water problems you experienced were new issues that had just surfaced, and the owner was very proactive in getting the issues attended to as soon as they were notified. We would have relocated you guys had there been any units open, but we provided a more than $700 refund because we knew you would only have full usage of 2 of the 3 bathrooms in the unit, and only partial use of the one that had the tub leak, and you had expressed you were satisfied with the refund at that time. The owner was staying with friends in the complex, and did not want to interrupt your stay, and certainly not because he was avoiding contact for any reason. The leak was fully resolved and the owner is additionally going to perform major unit updates this fall!

Not a good place to stay

This condo had water leakage everywhere in the carpets in the bedrooms getting our luggage wet and also all over the kitchen and dining room causing slipping hazards. It somewhat ruined our friends weekend spent here. The worst part is when we tried to get in touch with luxury rentals/ & owner, they did not even lift a finger to help make our stay worthwhile. We called multiple times during the trip and no one wrote anything down or could help. We had to repeat everything multiple times. We had maintenance people in and out disrupting our stay the whole weekend even at 2 and 4 AM. It was not only an inconvenience but it was not a vacation at all dealing with all of the issues in this condo. We spent lots of money and feel ripped off and down right angry. Luxury should have at least been more understanding and offered us another night or something...anything. Never going thru them again. They are anything BUT luxury!

Perfect vacation spot!

We spent a week here in June with our children and grandchildren. The condo was our home away from home! The condo was clean with lots of room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the beach. Easy access to dining, shopping, and activities. Our third year here and never disappointed. We had issues with a microwave and TV which were addressed immediately by a top notch staff! We'll be back!

Amazing stay

We just spent this past week in February in this unit. It was so beautiful the view, the furniture, the amendities. You couldn't ask for more. Our stay was relaxing, and everything you need is close by. The Beach is out of this world and the Property Managerment was fantastic and one of the easy rentals I have ever dealt with. Definetly would stay again and recommend to all my friends and family.
