Villa Mala - a charming small holiday house 50 m away from beautiful beach

Villa Mala is a charming small holiday house with a sea view, situated in a century-old pine forest only 50 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast of the Hvar island. Clean sea and wonderful Mediterranean vegetation offer nature lovers enjoyable holidays during all seasons. You'll have enough privacy on your holidays because the owners don't live in the house.

The house is air-conditioned during hot seasons and heated in cold days. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has a large couch that can be converted to another double bed. There is also a large dining table, TV, radio and DVD player.

The kitchen is completely equipped (also with oven, dishwasher, deep freezer). The bathroom has a shower, however, you can also take a shower in the yard on your way back from the beach. On the south part of the house there is a large terrace with a sea view where you can bask in the sun. It is especially nice in the morning or in the afternoon when it is covered by tree shade, but you can also open a sunshade during the day.

Villa Mala is surrounded by a shady Mediterranean garden, where you can rest even during the hottest summer day, because a century-old pine trees provide enough shadow. In the garden there is also a stone open-air barbecue, where you can prepare your meal. You can also use the the cellar, where is a washing machine.

Behind the house there is a private parking place for 2 cars.
