Great Location and Lovely place to stay when Touring Glacier
Our cabin was very clean and perfectly appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We were minutes from Glacier. We were also able to wash a couple loads of laundry.
Loved our stay! It was 15 minutes from park entrance, close to downtown Columbia falls and Whitefish. Hosts were super helpful recommending hikes and local restaurants. Cabin had everything we needed ; love how quaint it was! Would stay here again next time in the area.
This was my favorite place we stayed at in Montana! Perfect location to drive to Kalispell, Whitefish, and Glacier National Park! This place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Only downside is that it smelled like cigarette smoke in the cabin.
This place was exactly what we needed for our visit to Glacier. Only about 15 min to the gate and convenient to places to eat in the evening. Very clean and comfortable!
I did a lot of looking first through the dog-friendly places to stay and was rewarded with this sweet spot. The cabins are adorable and having a kitchen helped save money and eat a little healthier. Although she offered some awesome recommendations for places to eat that we really liked, too. We ended up stocking up on the local coffee she provided before leaving and even buying some for family as a souvenir. The cabins are centrally located to a lot of activities besides being close to West Glacier. We came for Glacier, but having dogs along meant hiking in other places. Fortunately, there are plenty within minutes of the cabins. Bear and bug spray were even on the counters. There’s a great little park in town we could start the mornings off at letting the dogs get some exercise and smells. The cabin is cozy and clean and she really has put some nice touches on it. I’d love to go back and stay again even without dogs.
Perfect sized cabin for the two of us and our dog. Had everything we needed, including very good coffee. Very clean and comfortable. Right off main road, but set back far enough with trees screening the road that the noise was minimal and it felt comfortable. Laura our host supplied great suggestions on hikes and links to Glacier NP. Overall we thought the location was central and afforded easy access to everything. We enjoyed eating in Columbia Falls. Would definitely stay here again.
The cabin was in a great location about 20 minutes outside the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Laura was a great host and provided a ton of information to help us plan our activities. The cabin was stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose to after a day of exploring. It was nice that she provided local restaurant recommendations as well as local coffee to try during your stay.
Laura was great for me to work with. Got in a day early n stayed a day longer than planned. She was very flexable n around every day. Loved the trapper's cabin. So many things to do in this area. Thanks Laura.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Awesome cabin and all boxes were checked. Did not like the road traffic, to noisy.
Very good, other then the busy road in front of the cabin. To loud and not relaxing. I would not return due to the road noise.
Laura was so personable in communicating information about Glacier park and local restaurants and hikes. The location was convenient to access the Park and it was clean and comfortable cabin layout. We did a 3-park tour and I think this was the best cabin layout that we stayed in. It is on a busy intersection, but there was plenty of yard to relax and walk my little dog. I'd definitely recommend this property.
We had a great 5 night stay at this spotless cabin. Good location and very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental, and Laura is very helpful and responsive.

We live for the untamed wilderness of Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley. Our passions include off-grid living, supporting local businesses, and immersing ourselves in the community. We are foodies, love the path less traveled, and an enjoy a good laugh around the campfire. We couldn’t imagine a better place to live happily and raise our growing family.
Why they chose this property
We took one trip to The Flathead Valley and ended up moving here seven months later. It is our pleasure to share this incredible part of the world with you.
What makes this property unique
Our location is so perfect to access every activity in the area- but especially Glacier National Park. We are in the northeast corner of the Flathead Valley just before the entrance to the canyon leading to Glacier. You are 15 minutes from the Park, but also only 10 minutes from Whitefish, an easy 20 minute drive to amazing Flathead Lake, and minutes from several award winning golf courses. We have three different public fishing accesses on Flathead River within 4.5 miles of us- 2 are within one mile. Whitewater rafting on the fabulous Middle Fork of the Flathead River is located in West Glacier only 15 miles up the road.
