Located on the east side of the lake, the house includes two luxurious king suites—one upstairs and one downstairs—and a third cozy bedroom across from the third bathroom. The open-concept kitchen overlooks the sunken living room, where the couch converts to a queen bed. A media room is perfect for movie nights, and guests also have access to a large laundry room. Designed with accessibility in mind, the house includes a wheelchair-accessible entrance, an easy-to-navigate layout, and accessible kitchen appliances.

Why they chose this property
I chose this house for its great location on the east side of Possum Kingdom Lake. It’s close to family, conveniently near the heart of PK’s activities, and tucked into one of the quietest, most peaceful parts of the lake. The property sits on a one-acre lot with breathtaking vista views and fantastic sunsets.
Originally, I purchased this home with my husband to be close to my parents during their twilight years, as well as to create a future retirement destination. With a large family, I’ve loved having the space to gather for holidays and special occasions. From the moment I first saw it, I fell in love with the property and knew it was the perfect place to stay connected to family and eventually escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
