Why they chose this property

I chose this house for its great location on the east side of Possum Kingdom Lake. It’s close to family, conveniently near the heart of PK’s activities, and tucked into one of the quietest, most peaceful parts of the lake. The property sits on a one-acre lot with breathtaking vista views and fantastic sunsets.

Originally, I purchased this home with my husband to be close to my parents during their twilight years, as well as to create a future retirement destination. With a large family, I’ve loved having the space to gather for holidays and special occasions. From the moment I first saw it, I fell in love with the property and knew it was the perfect place to stay connected to family and eventually escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Toad Hollow Lake House is a true lakeside retreat designed for relaxation, connection, and comfort for guests of all ages and mobility levels. With over 100 feet of shoreline, a spacious 700-square-foot patio, and more than an acre of lakefront property, there’s plenty of room to unwind and recharge right on the water. Whether you’re enjoying a spectacular sunset, listening to the soothing sound of lake waves, or watching geese, squirrels, and foxes wander through the property, the natural beauty here is unforgettable.

To help make the home welcoming and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve added thoughtful accessibility updates throughout the property. Guests will appreciate ramp access into the house, an interior ramp providing easier access to the downstairs king suite and bathroom, and updated appliances designed with mobility needs in mind. The downstairs king suite offers convenient first-floor accommodations, helping guests enjoy the lake house comfortably and with greater independence.

For fun and connection, Toad Hollow offers horseshoes, cornhole, a cozy firepit, and expansive night skies perfect for stargazing. With two king suites, the home is ideal for couples, families, fishing trips, and lake weekends together filled with swimming, boating, and making memories.
