With two spacious living areas, one on each level—there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. Downstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom, a full bathroom, and a cozy lower-level living room with a classic wood-burning fireplace, perfect for curling up after a day of adventure. A large mudroom and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays or gear-heavy getaways.

Upstairs, the main living space features an open-concept dining area that's perfect for shared meals and late-night board games. A second wood-burning fireplace adds to the cozy mountain ambiance, and two additional bedrooms along with another full bathroom ensure there's space for everyone to feel at home.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
