This is a stunning holiday home, furnished with quality and style so you can relax and enjoy your break. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped inside, with a wonderful south facing terrace outside, looking over the immaculate gardens, swimming pool and out to sea.

Each year we invest in refreshing the apartment so it is like new for guests. Fully painted earlier this year we have just had the floors professionally cleaned so guests in 2019 can be guaranteed a modern, luxurious and clean apartment. We also invest in new, quality linen and towels every year so you are in total comfort.

The apartment genuinely has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether that be for a week or several months.

Things that make this apartment different and genuinely better include:

- Comfortable beds, quality linen, comfy sofa, stylish dining table and chairs and coffee table

- Free 30MB fibre wifi

- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you could ever need. We also have an Italian coffee pot, French press and teapot! These things are important!

- A dishwasher and washing machine

- Large gas BBQ on the terrace

- JBL wireless speaker so you can play music in the apartment or take it with you to the pool & beach

- 32" digital TV with all the UK channels

- Iron and ironing board, hairdryer

- Document safe so you can secure your personal belongings for peace of mind

- Beach chairs, lilos and umbrellas to use for the beach. We even have a cool box with ice bars so you can keep you drinks cold

The complex is gated and secured with a key fob access system so you can relax knowing you are in a safe as well as beautiful environment. A document safe is another little extra for peace of mind.

The apartment is cleaned for four hours before each visit so you are guaranteed a spotless apartment.

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view that overlooks the so inviting swimming pool & the sea just beyond. The complex is graced with lots of space, beautiful gardens and low rise apartments - meaning you will feel like you are in an oasis of calm. There is underground parking and a lift that goes right outside the door, so hassle free for bringing in your bags and perfect for people with disability. Inside all the furniture is of the highest quality & contemporary cool. Year round there is a pool open for your use.

We are 10 minutes walk to a wonderful beach, 2 minutes to 5* Finca Cortesin hotel and golf course, home of World Golf Matchplay Championship and one of the world's top 100 hotels and a 1 minute walk from a super 9 hole course with its gym, hairdressers, bar and restaurant. There are great places to eat nearby and we are also only 4 minutes from the atmospheric Port of Duquesa, 10 to Estepona, 20 to Puerto Banus. Fun, fine food & fascinating places on our doorstep. The beauty of this place is that it combines the tourist attractions of the Costa Del Sol with the culture of real Spain. Casares is a small white village less than 10 minutes up the road and Sabinillas is a real Spanish town just two minutes away where you can get all your groceries, tapas and drinks, or just walk along the beautiful promenade beside the sea. Enjoy it.

As golfers all courses were close by, Key holders responded A1 to any queries, comms very good all round. Pool area nice, clean and tidy and very convenient. Apartment was more than adaquate for our needs .

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, the communication with the owner and the local point of contact was exemplary. We used the bbq, enjoyed the views over the pool, the beds were comfortable. We will book this apartment again.

Loverly location and super pool

Apartment was excellent for a family of 4, it had a wonderful view and the pool is excellent, bigger than most you’ll find in this area. Owner was very good with care and communication and offered us the use of a trove of personal items in his on site store, including a paddle board and beach equipment which was much appreciated. Pleasant walk to beach (10 mins)

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need (even with an infant in tow). It was clean and well located for where we wanted to be with plenty of places to visit and eat within east reach. Colin and Suzanne the apartment manager were super helpful and the apartment guide contained tons of information.. the pool was easily accessible and perfect for both our infant and toddler. Thank you for a wonderful first holiday abroad as a four, we hope we can come back again soon!

The property was lovely and very well equipped. The grounds superb. Very quiet but we enjoyed that. Checking in could have been a problem as the property manager had some problems and couldn’t meet us but Colin sorted this out remotely and kept in contact the whole time to make sure everything was ok.

Lovely apartment and fabulous pool

A really lovely apartment and perfect base for exploring the area. Well equipped, clean and tidy and has everything you need for a holiday with the added bonus of beach chairs, parasol and a cool box. The south facing view are stunning and the BBQ on the balcony is brilliant, we used it a lot! The swimming pool area was great too, always sun beds available and never over crowded. The only downside was the washing machine, but that will never be a deal breaker. If we are coming back to this area we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again. Thank you Colin and Suzanne for your excellent customer service, going above and beyond and always being at the end of a phone. Many thanks and hopefully we’ll be in touch to rebook.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in the apartment for around 10 days. The apartment was lovely and clean, checking in was simple. And our host was very helpful in the lead up to the holiday and when booking. We know the area well, the location of the apartment is great. Would defiantly recommend hiring a car for your stay as the location is near so many different towns so it’s good to be able to to drive around and visit different places. But if you don’t drive there is a taxi rank at the bottom of the road (around a 5 minute walk). The pool is great, the children enjoyed the pool very much. Thanks again, our holiday was lovely.

Spent a couple of days emailing properties for availability on different platforms after staying with friends. Property owner replied promptly with availability & PDF attachment of info & directions which was great. Apartment is in secure complex, overlooked one of the pools which was lovely. 2 Bedrooms great for our 3 adults as the daughter had joined us! Had all the facilities we needed including an unexpected Welcome pack of wine/tea/coffee/milk/bread. :) Great to have a covered garage & get into a cool car! Not a lot within walking distance so a car is needed here. Bit of a smell outside in the lift lobby area some days which may have been plumbing. The exterior of the building could do with some maintenance but it didn't detract from our holiday. Overall a good break away despite Covid! Would recommend this apartment

Caseres Getaway

Our second time renting this apartment. Again it provided us with everything we wanted, quiet area situated in secure well kept grounds. You do need your own transport if you are to take full advantage of the local area. Plenty to do with days on the beach, off shore fishing, shore line walks, try out the many restaurants and not forgetting shopping trips to La Canada at Marbella,, Purto Banus, Estepona and Gibraltar to mention but a few. Many thanks to Colin, Suzanne and Bob for ensuring our time in Spain was a memorable one.

Lovely apartment in a scenic area

We stayed for 2 weeks in this apartment, two adults and two children (7 and 4). Met with Suzanne after a 60 minute drive from the airport, she had text us upon arrival at Malaga and she met us just outside the complex. She showed us where to park in the secure underground car park, and then took us up to the apartment where we were shown how to work everything and given a brief as to some of the nice places to visit and recommended restaurants. Nice touch that there was a bottle of red wine waiting for us. One of the main things for me, was the availability and reliability of the wifi. Also the tv had netflix build in, so there were plenty of movie nights and binge watching series which we'd been meaning to do for ages. The garage which comes with the parking space, had loads of stuff in there for us to use, such as deck chairs and loungers for the beach, inflatables, a pump, arm bands etc. Worth noting, that this year was apparently the first year that you can't take inflatable lilos in to the pool. Some rule by the Spanish so that people can't injure themselves. It didn't detract from the holiday though. The apartment overlooks the pool, and has a really decent gas BBQ so you can cook your own tapas whilst taking in the evening sun. Pool was really nice, and was warm as well which was great for the kids. Always loungers available (first time in years I haven't had to wake up at 6am and put a towel down to reserve loungers by the pool). Neighbours were quiet, no rowdy people staggering home drunk and waking you up. Handy to have a washing machine and dish washer. Location is great, near to numerous towns and villages, restaurants and beaches. I'm not a golfer but I did visit the golf club to use their gym, which has decent equipment, but a little pricey at 7 euros 50 a go. Suzanne was always on hand when we text her for information or recommendations. The complex is great and you can use different pools if you fancy a change. Met some lovely people on the complex (it's a combination of English and Spanish) and it's a really family friendly place to go. Probably once of the best holidays we've had, and would definitely go back there again.

The apartment with its well maintained complex and grounds exceeded our expectations.

My family and I spent a restful three and a half months in the Casares del Sol holiday apartment. We had a car rental (recommended) during our stay which enabled us to explore the surrounding areas at our leisure. Regular breakfasts on the Estepona promenade and our weekly trips for supplies to Lidls at Sabillinas and Morrisons of Gibraltar proved a favourites with all the family. A big thank you to Colin, Bob and Susanne, you could not have been more helpful in making our stay in Spain an enjoyable one.

This is a great apartment in a nice quiet location. Very secure, comfortable and well equipped with everything that is required. Situate in well kept garden grounds with a lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. It is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and the beach.

Why they chose this property

This is not a holiday rental it is my holiday home that I rent. I invested heavily in making it a place I wanted to stay in and somewhere guests would love when they came on holiday. I can promise you that you will love the apartment, feel at home in the apartment and happy that you chose it for your precious holiday.
The development itself is beautiful - it is low-rise (3 levels only) and 70% of the space is beautiful manicured gardens.
The development is secure - it has permanent 24 hour secrity and each block is gated with entrance only be fob, meaning your possessions are safe and kids can play around outside.
The apartment is furnished with quality and cool furniture. It is comfortable but also luxurious and stylish. Very few rental properties are furnished anywhere near this spec.
South facing terrace with sea view overlooking the swimming pool - get the sun all through the afternoon and evening.
All the bits - sky tv, BBQ, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives etc
Disable and easy access - a lift outside the door goes down to our parking space or the ground floor to go to the pool.
