No moving furniture, artwork, books or personal items without permission of the owner. No drink glasses placed on rosewood chest that is located in the front entrance. No towels to be taken out of the house for use at the beach or park. Thermostat temperatures to not exceed heating maximum of 78 F or 25 C, or a air conditioning maximum of 70 F or 20 C. Local phone calls only made on local phone provided. Guests responsible for all long distance charges if incurred tobe paid when the owner is made aware of them upon receipt of phone bills.
