This beautiful cottage has a sparkling new bathroom with a walk-in shower and a frame-less glass door. The kitchen has new appliances, tile and counter. French doors connect the private deck to the bedroom, living room and bathroom. There is a king size bed and television.

Carol moved to Sebastopol because of the small town charm, the Mediterranean climate and the close proximity to the ocean and to San Francisco.

What makes this property unique

It is an easy walk from the cottage to the many excellent restaurants and unique shops in town. There is also the new Barlow Center, wine tasting rooms, 3 brew pubs, the alternative Rialto Cinema. Around the corner of the cottage are a parade of creative sculptures on Florence Avenue by Patrick Amiot. His art is a town treasure.
