Thank you for your comments. We're pleased to know that you found everything as expected, but sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding dogs. While leashed dogs are allowed on the beach, the City of Newport's rule is 'The person controlling the dog must have in their possession an implement, device or bag to immediately remove any feces deposited by the animal.' We empathize that you don't want to lay your towel where dogs are doing their business. We're genuinely sorry that the cleaning crew showed up at 10am and this appears to be a failure on our part. We appreciate your continued loyalty in booking us and hope that on your next visit to Newport Beach we can provide you with an exceptional experience. Hi Richard, Your allegations of mold are false, and the condition of the home is a bit dramatic. The home is a budget-friendly accommodation, and looks as it is depicted in the photos. Price often reflects quality, and this unit is priced in line with the simple features of the home. If you are looking for an updated/remodeled accommodation, then we could offer recommendations at a higher price point, which is what we believe this situation was all about. All issues you brought to our attention were addressed and responded to same day.
