Welcome to the Seaward B103 a nicely decorated two-bedroom/ two-bathroom with a great ocean view from the balcony. The welcoming living room has a large flat-screen TV and beautiful new furniture. Picture lounging on one of the balcony chairs and watching the sunrise each morning while you enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare excellent meals for your family. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. This unit has a washer and dryer so you can keep your family in clean clothes throughout your stay. About Seaward:

Seaward is a classic New Smyrna beach oceanfront complex located on the southern, non-driving portion of the beach. Built in 1972, the property has 48 individual units in its 4-story building. All of the units, both the two bedroom/ two bath and the 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, sport large balconies and ocean views. Seaward has a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool, both of which overlook the beach. The sunning deck is spotted with many chairs and lounge chairs and provides the perfect spot to relax by the water with your favorite book. Most Seaward units have washers and dryers located inside the unit. There are also laundry facilities on site. The complex is also equipped with two elevators.

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. A relaxing getaway

Great condo

Loved the condo and grounds - unit was very clean and tidy. Only complaint is the rusty furniture on balcony- it stained my clothes. Otherwise was a great find- I would rent again!

While it is clearly stated in the posting, having to walk to the neighboring property was a bit of a pain in the neck with beach accessories for the family in tow. Wonderful quiet location. Clean place. Will visit again when stairs have been completed. :-)

The property was well equipped with everything you might need! The view was fantastic. The only things that were negative was the bed in master bedroom was twin beds put together to look like a king. They were uncomfortable and old! Also the TV was not working in Living Room and had to be replaced. Also radio in bedroom did not work. If the bed Iwere to be replaced we would return for another stay in 2018!

Master bathroom shower was unusable. Shower has major known plumbing problem but was not fixed. Does not drain well and has no water pressure. Refrigerator functions well but has painted over rust on door at water/ ice dispenser.

Multiple necessary repairs. Terrible management, ignored our repair requests.

We gave it lowest rating. The apartment is not bad, but management is terrible. The heat didnt work during some cold days and we asked to have it fixed and our repeated request were ignored through the end. We spent our vacation in the cold. TV's didnt work and after repeated requests they didnt fix them during our time there. Management and host completely ignored our requests to fix problems. Would not recommend to go there.

Not What It’s Made Out To Be

It was very difficult to locate the property due to poor visibility and very limited outside lighting. The condo does indeed have a spectacular view but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very outdated. We could not get the TV in the living room to work and the heating and air would not cool or heat properly. There is an elevator on-site but nothing in the description that provides details on where it is located and we only found it after carrying all of our stuff up three flights of stairs in the rain. If you have medical equipment like a CPAP there aren’t enough plugs in the bedrooms to accommodate additional needs. The manager on-site isn’t very nice and parking is very limited so be careful when you consider booking this one.

Needs Maintenance and better pre-rental checks

Here are the following notes from our 1 week stay 1. There was NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL. It appears to have been removed and the piping below was not even connected. Had we not noticed this before (we performed a real inspection.and let water and garbage go down the disposal side of the sink it could have been a serious damaging mess. 2. Master bath fan needs replaced. Extremely noisy. 3. Living room fan mounting loose - has unstable wobble and we would not use (parents had one like that fall). 4. Shower water control knob in hall bath fell off - it was missing the retaining screw. 5. Kitchen clock does not work. I bought and replaced the battery but still non functional. 6. Stove top a mess - needs vinegar and baking soda bath. 7. Undersink cabinet doors need alignment (simple srewdriver would do it). Doors will not stay closed. 8. The master closet was a total mess. Could not even hang short shirts without having to move lots of stuff. So in short, the unit needs attention. However so does the "inspection" process by Great Condos. The gal who arrive 2 minutes after we arrived was there maybe 3 or 4 minutes and seemed to just makes sure all the rooms were there.

Great time

We had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised to see the appliances were new when we got there and not the ones pictured and the beds were different as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was great. It was very convenient having the elevators, luggage trolley, and even shopping carts to bring up our groceries and whatnot.

We really like the Condo...we have stayed in this development before. 2 miles down from the main town in New Smyrna. The condo has nice furniture and ample supplies in the kitchen. A nicer bed in the master bedroom (not very comfortable) and the ability to turn the air down below 74 degrees would have been nice. The thermostat is locked at 74 degrees. We had a few days where it was warm in the condo and there was nothing we could do about it. Other than that...very nice condo.
