Family Beach Weekend

This condo was nicely updated with the large kitchen island being great for meals and hanging. There was a great amount of condiments, toys, tents, towels, and more and the hosts were very prompt with responses when we needed them. The surrounding tenants were friendly and the crowdedness was low even for a holiday weekend! Great choice for families.

Great Space!

Overall a wonderful property! You can tell that no expense was spared in renovating! Common areas are perfect for familiea. Beds were great. Showers are a little small but water pressure is spectacular. Host was extremely responsive and kind!

Quick holiday beach trip

Nice property - we needed overflow space for a family holiday visit and this fit the bill. Didn't spent too much time in the unit (over at our family's house) but this unit looked recently decorated and was very clean. Convenient beach location.

Great Girls Weekend!

Sean & Rachel are incredible hosts! They were awesome at answering all of our questions every step of the way : ) This really is a great place… completely renovated, clean, quiet, lots of amenities, & just a short Uber ride if you want to go out on Flagler Ave at night & have some cocktails. We will definitely be back!!

NSB getaway

My parents, husband and 2 adult kids stayed here and we loved it! The unit was easy to access and steps away from pool and beach! Little extras like water bottles, beach chairs, and beach towels made this place even more special. The patio is spacious, we had 9 people out there one evening and was comfortable! Thanks for such a great time!

Staff Retreat

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed for our Staff Retreat! Every detail has been accounted for in this beautiful condo. A full and stocked kitchen, water in the refrigerator, beach towels, chairs, and even a huge ten if you need one! Even a sweet crib for a baby if needed. We will be going back next year and every year for our retreat!

Exceeded Expectations

This was the most at home we've ever felt at a rental property. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Location is perfect. We appreciated having such a beautiful, private beach area to enjoy without the crowds. With both the pool and beach just steps from the back patio, the kids and adults were entertained all weekend! My questions prior to check in were met with prompt and friendly replies. I will 100% rent this property again!

Very Clean, Steps to the Pool and Beach

This property has everything you would need, just bring some clothes and a swimsuit. I am super OCD with cleanliness and I loved that everything was very clean. (I normally bring cleaning supplies with me just to give an idea of my OCD) Everything is close by from the beach to the grocery store. If we had issues communication was very easy with a quick response time. Highly recommend!

Quick beach trip

It was perfect! Location perfect! Community pool perfect! Steps from beach! Property had everything you could think of if you forgot something! Had to call the owner for a plunger. He answered right away, no voicemail! Had a plunger within minutes. Would highly recommend and would rent again!

Magazine worthy 🌴

First of all we loved the location. The complex is a quick ride to Flagger and the popular public beach but far enough away that we felt like we had our own private oasis. The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The updated decor was stunning. The kitchen was spectacular. As an Interior Designer I wouldn’t change a thing.The 3 bedrooms accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The unit also had everything we needed including beach chairs towels and even a tent . We enjoyed sitting on the patio at the end of the day and watching the sunset . We chose NSB to celebrate our Son’s Graduation from University of Central Florida. We definitely made memories that will last a life time . We sure do appreciate the incredible hosts for sharing thisl fabulous property ❤️

Absolutely Beautiful, Inside and Out!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a memorable week of family time. First and foremost, the communication with the owners was by far the best. Sean provided us his cellphone number with any questions we had, always readily available to make our stay welcoming. As you walk into the home, the kitchen is at the heart of it, a gourmet kitchen with huge island that serves as the family table and gathering point. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were so comfortable that you almost don't want to get out of bed and enjoy the view. The house is fully stocked with every amenity you can imagine, down to all the toiletries for everyone staying for a week. Off of the living room is the fully furnished patio that sits on the lush green lawn (Yes, the best of both worlds, with the pool and ocean just steps away). On the patio there is a trunk filled with all the toys you will need for your beach day. The owners provide a large popup tent and beach chairs too. From the patio, is the huge pool with plenty of tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs lining the deck. Beside the pool is the walk way to the beach. The ramp to the beach is well maintained and super nice. The best part about the location of this beautiful home is the private beach. This home has it all; just bring a smile and enjoy making the memories. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Wonderful beachfront condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was well decorated, homey and comfortable. Absolutely loved being able to walk out and have coffee by the pool overlooking the ocean. The beach was uncrowded and peaceful and the area restaurants were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo away from the crowds

We had an excellent stay. Sean was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a large pool that was perfect since the ocean was a little rough for the kids. We basically had the beach to ourselves, and we had a great view for a rocket launch. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place away from the throngs of people on Flagler Ave.

Girls trip
