Sunny Cape House in Falmouth Heights

Sunny, clean, well kept spacious home in Falmouth Heights. Easy walk to the Heights beach (half a mile), shops, restaurants, and the Island Queen ferry for traveling to Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful Cape home in terrific condition. Modern open floor plan with fireplace in living room, dining area with sliders to deck, fully equipped kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, sky lights and many windows. The first floor has a bedroom with a king sized bed, a den with a pull-out sofa, and a full bath. The second floor has two large bedrooms both with twin sized beds and one with an additional queen. Full bath. Laundry in basement. Nice back deck with a grill and large fenced in back yard. (Large front yard too.) Super house! No pets, please.

Please strip beds of sheets (leave all blankets, etc.) and put dirty laundry on the floor of the bathrooms. Thank you!
Please turn off all A/C units and set the thermostat to 55 degrees. Also remove all food and wipe down counters. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We'd appreciate shoes being left at the door way, if possible- thank you!
