Surrounded by natural beauty, including swaying palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea, Bajamar offers a serene escape perfect for families or a friend’s getaway. This lavish 5-bedroom beach house can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The spacious open floor plan of Bajamar invites sociable living, providing ample room for gatherings. The kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, including an ice maker, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and more. Craft delectable meals to share in the outdoor dining area or at the breakfast bar, all while soaking in the panoramic ocean views through expansive windows.

The villa offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with 3 king-size beds and 4 single beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while another bedroom also includes a king-size bed. Two bedrooms offer 2 twin beds, with one twin bedroom located on each floor. One of the king bedrooms can also be configured with two single beds upon request, providing flexibility for different group needs. With a power generator, uninterrupted electricity is assured.

Excellent house on an amazing beach

We took a group of 6 to stay a week and had the best time. The house was large and comfortable and Tar beach was absolutely amazing. I'd come back here again for certain.

Wonderful property

This is a great vacation home on Exuma. The house is large enough for 5 couples to comfortably spread out and have their own privacy, but also congregate for meals and social gatherings. The view is beautiful and there's a beach that's nearly private. Great location that's not far away from Georgetown. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Not sure where to start here!!! Bajamar is a wonderful home stocked with all the amenities, ensuring your time in Exuma is exceptional. The home is a lot larger than it appears. It can easily host 2 families.The oceanfront views upon entrance are, well, simply breathtaking. The home has kayaks, a fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, and well the stretch of white sandy beaches that will take your breath away. Just all the things. Each room has their own bathroom, which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Our host was very responsive and we found the location close to everything on the island. I am looking forward to returning to this home when we visit Exuma again!

Incredible Exuma

Celebrated a 50th birthday at Bajamar. Location was great, 5 minute drive from airport. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Pool and private beach are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Bajamar

Beautiful property providing everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. Karin Knowles took such good care of us before and during our stay. She was prompt and went out of her way to help us plan everything. Bajamar is the perfect place for a big group providing peace and the most beautiful outlook.

Amazing Home!

We are 4 couples that have traveled together for the third time now and Bajamar is our favorite!! The house is so well appointed, beautifully decorated and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view is stunning and the beach is practically private. Exuma is a friendly laid back island and we had no trouble getting around for groceries and grabbing lunch or dinner. The house was absolutely perfect and we loved our week staying at Bajamar!

Amazing Property!!

We absolutely loved this property and the property manager was amazing to work with. We had a group of ten stay in the house (all adults), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The online pictures almost don't do justice as the views of the ocean are amazing. It's also on a very private area of the beach so you almost feel as though you have the whole beach to yourself. Can't wait to return!!

This property is absolutely lovely. Great accommodations, lovely pool, immediate access to fabulous beach. Lots of outdoor seating on patio, lots of good cover from sun. Amazing views of the beautiful water from upstairs and downstairs. Pool was great. Great shade areas available for people that don’t enjoy the sun but want to interact with those lounging by the pool. Amazing breeze. Plenty of room for adult couples to each have their own space. Exuma beauty

Family vacation of parents, kids with spouses and 4 grandchildren. This home was stunning and so perfect for us. The staff of Good Life Bahamas helped make us feel at home and taken care of. This home has everything and the beach and pool are so beautiful!! Highly recommend Exuma Water sports and swimming with the pigs too! Dena’s catering prepared 3 wonderful meals for us and was so lovely to work with. We enjoyed exploring Georgetown and other beaches as well. One of our best vacations ever!

Loved it!

We have been to Exuma many many times and really enjoyed the home & location. The house was very well stocked with anything and everything you could need to cook a feast. The pool and covered deck were where we spent most of our time. Beach towels being supplied made our trip easier for packing! Internet was not that great but felt nice to unplug and relax.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We loved BajaMar! The house was very homey and clean. The dining table on the first floor was the perfect environment for family meals and game nights once the sun went down. What makes this property so fantastic is the location. The beach/pool combination is beautiful! We rarely saw anyone out there... it felt very private. I would not hesitate to stay here again. LOVED THIS HOME!!!

Bajamar exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice as it is absolutely breathtaking. Having the two separate areas allowed everyone to have their own space and not feel crowded. And, the beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. I highly recommend Bajamar.
