Cute apartment!

Great apartment with everything we needed for a long weekend. Great communication with the host - very accommodating and flexible. The apartment was very clean and enough room for 4 adults to stay comfortably. Thank you!

Not a great location & not very clean

This neighborhood is still far from up and coming, alot of the it is still very old and run down. Not unsafe but not what we were expecting from the description of the location listed on here. The house it self had very basic remodels in the kitchen and bath. Half a roll of toilet paper, no kleenex, had to go buy that myself for our 6 day stay. The outside of the house was very run down, parts of the siding was off etc. Made me wonder about bugs etc. though I never did see one, thank goodness. Very old furniture (small couch was very old and uncomfortable) and rugs (very dirty clearly not cleaned in a very long time). The house inside was very dirty, lots of dust caked up on the ceiling fans, and a/c vents. I immediately got sick with dust allergies after one night which made our stay even worse. I did contact the owner and she did refund our cleaning fee since it had not been cleaned for a while, as well as our pet yard cleaning fee. Had there been availability to get our money back and other houses available we would have moved but neither was an option. Not very close to south lamar or south congress, not within walking distance by any means. The owner was very apologetic and very responsive. She tried to get a cleaning person out there but it was right before Christmas so that didnt happen. I appreciated her trying but definitely wont be staying here again.

Nice Modest Place

The property management was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked and was as expected from the posting. Location was great to downtown and the south Austin area (and the Travis County Expo). If I had one complaint it would be street noise. It appears that there is a lot of refurbishment happening in the area so lots of work trucks early in the day that were loud. Evenings were quiet and nice. I’d definitely stay again.
