The secluded location in a great neighborhood assures it will be quiet and relaxing when you return to your home away from home.

The dining area and comfortable living area has plenty of seating for relaxing with friends and family. Private WiFi allows guests to keep up with business and social applications. A powder room rounds out the spacious main level. This property was exactly as discribed and even better. It is perfectly located, half a block from beautiful beach and half a block from Atlantic Ave. This property has everything one may need, even bikes! Wi-fi was excellent and very dependable should you need it for work, nice work area in living room with a large desk too. Nice, quiet neighborhood, great for walking/biking. Yes, we would highly recommended. Thank you for a great vacation!

A lovely home which is well equipped and centrally located.

This home is very nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. A wonderful kitchen, sitting and dining room with all amenities. Two ensuite bedrooms of a very nice size. The home has lots of natural light, a private patio and a very convenient location to the centre of Atlantic Avenue, the main street of Delray Beach. It is also within a block from the beach and sits within a very nice residential neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend it.

Great stay at Johnson Beach House

We has a great months stay at the Johnson Beach House in Delray Beach. Perfect location for our 2 BR condo only 1 block from beautiful beach and a few blocks from Atlantic Ave and short walk into town for shopping and dining. The house was well equipped for all of our needs: fully equipped kitchen, nice lounging area with big comfy couch and large smart TV, comfy bed, nice strong showers, nice patio out back with large table and cute little balcony off the Master Bedroom. Owner Beverly and daughter Kari were great communicators concerning check in and out, very quick with responses to any questions and resolved two minor glitches immediately. Very nice people to rent from and other neighboring owners were very pleasant and kind to interact with during our month long stay. Overall excellent time and rental and looking forward to do it again next year !

Five Stars Not Enough

We spend six amazing weeks.here. The property was everything advertised and than some. Beautiful town house in ideal location one block from beach and short distance from Atlantic Ave and all it has to offer. The house was emasculate and well furnished and very comfortable. Beverly, the host, was great to work with from the start until the end. She was gracious and just a good person to deal with. This was a home away from home. I cannot say enough nice things about the house or the host. I would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place!!!!

Seaside Gem

Thanks very much for sharing your lovely home with us! It was just as advertised and so much more. Cooking was a pleasure in the well stocked kitchen, though I must admit we frequented lots of Delray's close by restaurants and night spots, most in easy walking distance. The off season specials were irresistible! The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and we found ample towels and linens of high quality. One senses that this is a home lovingly enjoyed by the owners with lots of thoughtful touches from a sewing kit to beach toys, games, books, etc. Our daily morning walks along the boardwalk were heavenly. The beach was not crowded at all except for weekends, and we had such a wonderful time. We would recommend this unit to anyone and hope to return next year.

We had a great time in Delray Beach. Beverly was a fantastic host and promptly responded to our questions. The property was conveniently located to the beach (4 minute walk) and the Ave with walking access to restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. We made use of the outdoor grill and patio to cook some meals. We already rebooked for next year!

Exceptional place in great little beach town!!!

If you or your family would like to stay at a place that is right off the beach and a few blocks from the main road (Atlantic Ave) in Delray Beach, there is no question that this is the place to be! I have stayed a number of areas along the entire coast of Florida (West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach) and this town is by far the best. Not extremely over commercialized like the other beaches I have stayed at, this town has the perfect atmosphere for enjoying the beach and downtown area in a quaint area and has everything you need to have a tremendous time. The townhouse is truly one of the top places I have stayed at through my travels throughout the coastlines of the US and even the beach homes I have stayed throughout the world. You don’t need to bring just about anything, everything I could think of and need is available at this home. And talk about a place that makes you feel like you are back in your cozy home, this townhouse accomplishes that goal. It truly looks and is as advertised. Home has kitchen with modern appliances that has everything you need for the times you stay in and just cook after long day out and about. You just have to do a little grocery shopping and get what you need once you get here. Spacious living areas throughout including high speed Internet service that is real fast! Also, cable TV service is in the bedrooms and the living area has a large flat screen TV with HD cable service with an assortment of premium channels. And if you need bikes, beach stuff, toys, games, books, and including a number of other outdoor stuff like a grill in you’re your own back patio area with furniture to enjoy. So if you want to spend a great time just relaxing or taking in the downtown area and local sights on your next vacation, don’t look any further because nothing can match this home. I wouldn’t even waist my time getting a hotel room to pay more money to be crowed in a typical tower building with a lot of others when you have a quiet and wonderfully decorated and exceptionally stocked home to enjoy your valuable vacation time. It will feel like you never left home, I guarantee! Finally the communication and reservation process with Beverly and Kari was definitely the best I have experienced in my 30 years of travel throughout the world.

Perfect flat - Perfect Area - Perfect caring Owner - We recomend strongly !

We are very picky and were honestly worried prior what we would come upto, eventhough been in Delray before. But on absolutely no ground ! Everything you see on the photos are for real, but actually much better in real. Mrs Beverly a wonderful host, worried about the well being of our family during the whole 30 days stay. The flat has everything, bicycles for evening relaxing-trip, barbecue grill, you name it. I only have one complaint, but I don’t think I can blame Mrs. Beverly for that. Family arrived with 3 suitcases and left with 8 suitcases due to the fantastic shopping alternatives ! Mrs Beverly, Thank you for a fantastic stay enabling an unforgettable vacation. We loved this place! The location is amazing! 1.5 blocks from the beach, an easy walk, and close to all the restaurants and shops. We brought our 18 month old daughter and it was perfect! This townhouse was just perfect for us! The location was as good as it gets if you like the beach and the fun of walking along Atlantic Ave with its shops and restaurants. The 2 bedroom townhouse was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, having everything we needed to prepare meals and then clean up after the meal. Appliances looked new. If you like sitting outside there's a nice patio with table/chairs. The owner Beverly was easy to contact and attentive when we had a question. We recommend this beach house and look forward to going back! Audrey C.

Beach Bliss!

This place was much nicer than we expected from the pictures, and so great for our fall getaway before school began. It felt like a comfortably furnished home rather than a basic cookie cutter condo. We had plenty of space for our small family. Everything is there for you ...good kitchen equipment, very nice sheets and towels, soaps, paper goods, bicycles, and more. It was so easy to get around, close to both the beach and to many good casual and more upscale places to eat. We would recommend the sunset cruise on the Lady Delray Yacht just up the street by the drawbridge. Sunday brunch at the Sundy House was a special splurge. And it's hard to beat Burger Fi! Delray really is a fabulous beach town and we would love to return. I would consider Johnson Beach House my one stop shop! Thanks for the awesome accommodations.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful townhome! It's comfortably decorated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. My boys loved the bikes and beach toys! There is a lovely secluded outside patio with a grill and dining area. The beach and Atlantic Ave with all it's lovely shops and restaurants are so close. The owners were helpful and caring. We absolutely love Delray Beach and look forward to returning to this property!

All the amenities of home in a wonderful location

This is a lovely town home unit that is 1 of 5 units. The spot is well secluded from most of the busyness just a block away. All the furniture is comfortable and there is simply everything you might need or want right there. Bikes, toys, games, linens....you name it. The kitchen is newly remodeled and a pleasure to cook in. The back patio and little yard is so pretty to look at and it is lovely to sit out there. We had several conversations with the owner when we had questions during the first few days of our stay. We always received prompt answers and help. By the end of our stay, we felt like we were renting from friends. The property was clean and it was wonderful to have a mid-month cleaning that had already been arranged. Add to that, the location which is within walking distance of all the beach attractions and what more could we want. Delray is amazing. There is art, boutiques and restaurants everywhere. Many of the restaurants have live music so it is easy to find some live entertainment most any night of the week. he Delray historic section is a little more of a hike from the beach area where the property is, however, we often walked to our destination and then used the easy, free transportation to get back home if we were tired. We tried out the trolley and the funny little Downtowner cars. Both were so very convenient to use. We would highly recommend this property. In fact, we have already booked again for next winter.

Why they chose this property

The location in Delray is perfect! We love being able to walk just a block to the beach and into town, and how quiet our beach house is when we're ready to unwind at home. The spacious two story layout makes it easy to be together or to find a comfortable spot to relax alone with a good book. Our family much prefers our small (6 unit) homey property in a sleepy neighborhood to a noisy and impersonal high rise.

What makes this property unique

Beach, Beach, Beach! Maybe some shopping or a nap? Then a short walk to Delray's happening Atlantic Avenue for happy hour and dinner. What could be better!
