RECENTLY RENOVATED and NEWLY FURNISHED. Located in gated, safe, families-oriented, quiet residential complex Veramar 5 with beatiful gardens and community pool and with excellent location in upscale Puerto Rey vacation area, close to all amenities, restaurants, fancy beach club right next door, fantastic base for spending great holidays or for exploring Andalusian coast and inland towns, positioned right next to the wide sandy beach. Apartment is at 1st floor, fully furnished and bedrooms are equiped with air-conditionining, there is also covered terrace and 1 designated parking space inside the complex next to apartment building, all you need for perfectly peaceful holidays, escape from noisy over-crowded touristy hotspots.
