Dias maravilhosos!

O imóvel é exatamente como mostra nas fotos, lugar muito limpo e a vista para o mar é maravilhoso, varanda maravilhosa para quem tem pet. Fomos para paraty 2x e as duas ficamos hospedados no imóvel do Fernando. Ele é um amor de pessoa, sempre busca o melhor para os hóspedes, e quem nos recebeu no local foi a Mariana, que carinhosamente ja chamo de Ma :)..um amor de pessoa. Exiatem restaurantes, quiosques e mercado na rua do imóvel, isso é otimo! Outro ponto possitivo do imóvel é que ele fica bem próximo do Centro histórico da cidade, isso facilita muito... Eu amei paraty, fui a primeira vez, e menos de 2 meses voltei de novo, pq eu fiquei encantada com o lugar... Com toda certeza eu recomendo o imóvel e recomendo Paraty. É uma junção de lugar maravilhoso para passar seus dias de descanso .

Excelente localização.

Para quem não gosta de ficar muito perto de tumultos para os momentos de descanso serem valorizados, é uma ótima opção. Fica próximo ao centro histórico e dá até para ir andando e não ter que se preocupar com estacionamentos. Somente uma observação: No quarto do andar superior o ar condicionado não refrigerava absolutamente nada, acredito que o motivo seja devido não existir porta neste quarto. O ventilador de teto, apesar de muito barulhento, ajudou bastante. Já no quarto do andar térreo, o ar funcionava perfeitamente.
