All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Overall we had a nice stay. The house definitely needs some updating which would have added to our overall enjoyment of the vacation. We got to watch the fireworks from our balcony, which was great. That’s an underrated perk of this house! You can see the ocean from the top floor bedroom and balcony. Another perk. We didn’t love the area but made due by driving elsewhere when we wanted. The little cluster of houses was totally fine given the proximity to each other. The beach access is walkable, about 2 blocks. Lots of interesting people watching.

Definitely recommend!

We had 0 issues during our week stay. With 2 toddlers, the pool and short walk to the beach was super helpful. The house is roomy and each bedroom having its own bathroom was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Was perfect for our needs. Love that everyone had their own bathroom space, a small deck area and large gathering area. Definitely was worth the money. The only issue was the address listing was not correct so it took us a while to find it.
