Villa with a 12.5 metre swimming-pool, not far from the sea

You will be delighted by this unique property, that is located in the wilderness, at the foot of the magificient Estérel massif, away from the crowds and noise, just 16 kilometres from the sea.

The big swimming pool (12.5 m x 6 m) is a paradise for children and swimmers. You will love resting and sunbathing on the terrace, listening to the cicadas and the whisper of the wind. You will be fascinated by sunsets on the surrounding landscapes… You will discover the flora and fauna that enchant this 6941-m2 kingdom of wild nature!

Our villa is an ideal place for holidays with family or friends. It is located in the La Lieutenante residential development, which is unique on the French Riviera by its high-quality spaces, free of any construction, and its big plots (5000 m2 on average).

The La Lieutenante residential development is surrounded on all sides by wild nature. In such an enchanting environment, you will breathe clean air and enjoy holidays away from the noise and the bustle of the coast.

La Lieutenante is located on the territory of the rural commune of Puget-sur-Argens, away from the village itself.

Our villa is comfortable. As it is single-storey, with no stairs to navigate, it is suitable for both small kids and the elderly.

It comprises an entrance hall, a living-room with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, a dining-room, a separate kitchen with all amenities (a hood, an electric oven and a glass electric cooktop, a microwave oven, a refrigerator-freezer and a table top refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing-machine) and 5 bedrooms:
. One bedroom with a double bed.
. One bedroom with two single beds pushed together.
. Two bedrooms with two single beds separated.
. One single bedroom.

Each bedroom and the living-room feature a fan.

The beds will be made for your arrival. We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.

There are two bathrooms: one is shared and has a shower. The other one is adjacent to the bedroom with two single beds pushed together and has a bathtub.

The villa features a wi-fi high-speed internet access that perfectly works (Orange Box modem-router).

The terrace and the swimming pool are very well exposed: facing south! The temperature of water quickly reaches 25° C.

The swimming-pool is cleaned and maintained weekly. It is surrounded by a compulsory security fence that complies with French legislation. Fences are the best system to ensure the security of small kids around a swimming pool. Nevertheless, always keep a close eye on your children when they bathe or play around a swimming pool..

Our charming hostess will be there to meet you on arrival and when you leave. She will show you and explain you everything.

IMPORTANT:

. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD;

. CHECK-INS AND CHECKOUTS ARE ONLY ON SATURDAYS;

. THE VILLA IS NON-SMOKING, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE;

. THE VILLA IS NOT SUITED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 (NO COT AND NO HIGH CHAIR);

. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY;

. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL;

. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISMANTLE THE SWIMMING POOL FENCE AND ITS GATE (FRENCH LAW);

. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5 AND THOSE WHO CANNOT SWIM SHOULD ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOL ONLY UNDER CLOSE PARENTAL SUPERVISION.

. THE USE OF THE BARBECUE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DUE TO THE VERY HIGH RISK OF FIRE IN THE REGION; ONLY THE USE OF THE PLANCHA, ON THE TERRACE, IS AUTHORIZED;

. ANY DISTURBANCE OF THE PEACE IS FORBIDDEN IN THE DAYTIME AND AT NIGHT IN THE VILLA; PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE VILLA, NOT TO DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.

. THE DRIVEWAY GATE SHOULD REMAIN CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO PREVENT WILD BOARS FROM ENTERING AND SETTLING IN THE GARDEN. WILD BOARS CAUSE WIDESPREAD DAMAGE AND CAN BE AGRESSIVE.

. THE MODEM IS ONLY FOR WI-FI. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONNECT ANY DEVICE WHATSOEVER.
