Wedding and event use is available by prior arrangement only and includes exclusive use of the home and property. Pricing below is all-in for the house, venue use, and standard amenities.

Wedding Pricing (All-In)

Peak Season: June–September

Weekday weddings (Monday–Thursday): $6,000

Weekend weddings (Thursday–Monday): $14,000

Shoulder Season: May & October

Most wedding bookings include multi-night stays. Dates, group size, and lodging details are confirmed prior to booking.

Winter & Off-Season Weddings (November–April)

From November through April, there is no separate wedding or event fee.
The nightly rate includes the house, venue use, and available amenities.

Please note: winter conditions mean no tenting, staging areas, or outdoor event infrastructure. Benches, tables, and outdoor furnishings are available but are typically snow-covered during these months.

Lodging Bundles & Honeymoon Bonus

For larger celebrations, we offer custom lodging bundles with nearby homes, including additional 11-bedroom properties close by, allowing you to host your entire wedding party while keeping everyone together.

When you bundle multiple Casa Vista properties for your wedding, you automatically receive a complimentary one-week stay at our beachfront home on Caye Caulker, Belize, to enjoy as your honeymoon at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Additional homes typically start around $1,000 per night with a three-night minimum.

The Home (Important to Read)

Casa Vista is intentionally designed to support large groups and events in a mountain environment. With the scale and number of amenities this property offers, there is simply more to enjoy — and more systems involved — than in a typical vacation rental.

To ensure smooth stays, the home is built with redundancy and backups, including:

Multiple ovens, refrigerators, cooktops, and dishwashers

Multiple water heaters and backup heating sources

On-hand equipment and supplies for large-group use

These redundancies allow the home to remain functional and comfortable even if individual systems occasionally need attention.

Our team lives nearby and prioritizes responsiveness and solutions over disruption. Most guests find the home exceptionally well equipped and appreciate the foresight built into its design for large-group stays.

Kitchen & Amenities

The kitchen is built for volume cooking and catered events, featuring industrial sinks and extensive cookware suitable for both casual meals and large gatherings.

Bathrooms include upgraded finishes, and guests can unwind after a day outdoors in the indoor sauna or indoor and outdoor hot tubs, all set against panoramic mountain views.

What to Expect at a Mountain Estate

This is a large, real home on 40 acres at 9,000 feet, not a hotel. We love that about it and we think you will too, but here are a few things worth knowing before you book.

Hot Tubs & Sauna. The property has two outdoor hot tubs and an indoor sauna. Hot tubs see heavy use from group after group, and mountain service calls can take one to two weeks to complete. That is exactly why we maintain two. Both are fully operational about 85% of the time. One is occasionally down for service while the other runs normally (about 12% of stays). On rare occasions (roughly 3% of stays), both may be out of service at the same time. In that case, we will issue a credit up to $100. When one of two is available, no credit applies.

Appliances. With a house this size, we run multiple dishwashers, refrigerators, and washer/dryer units. We keep extras stocked (detergent, trash bags, cleaning supplies) because big groups go through them. If anything needs a reset or stops working, a quick message to us usually gets it sorted within a few hours.

WiFi. Two networks cover the property ("687" and "687-2"). WiFi in a mountain setting can be less consistent than what you are used to at home. If connectivity drops, the router sometimes just needs a quick restart. Instructions are posted near the router, or message us and we will walk you through it.

The Road. CR 517 is a county maintained gravel road. It is plowed in winter, but it is one of the last roads to be cleared. November through April, 4WD or AWD with good tires is strongly recommended. Check cotrip.org before driving up if conditions look iffy.

Altitude. You are at roughly 9,000 feet. Drink extra water, go easy on alcohol your first evening, and don't be surprised by headaches or fatigue for the first 24 hours. It passes quickly.

Check-In & Turnovers. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Same-day turnovers between guests are common, and our cleaning crew needs the full window to prepare the house for your group. We appreciate your understanding and cannot accommodate early arrivals.

Credits & Refunds. We issue credits only for major systems (hot water, heat, access) and only when we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe during your stay. We do not issue credits for individual amenities when alternatives are available (one of two hot tubs, one of two washers, etc.), and we do not process credit requests submitted after checkout. If something significant is affecting your stay, tell us while you are here so we can fix it.

Our Approach. We maintain this property actively and personally. Things occasionally need attention (they do in any home), and when they do, our team responds the same day. We would rather you know that going in than be surprised.
