We had a great time during our stay here. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us and everything we needed. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!
This property was everything that was advertised. It was well stocked. It accommodated us sleeping wise perfectly. We were close to a shuttle route. And the view was awesome!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. Brand new with great amenities. The home is beautiful and well-stocked, and the view is amazing! The host has gone to great lengths to ensure guests are happy and comfortable!
We enjoyed our stay, well located, pretty views, nice decor and loved the hot tub and sitting on the deck, well equipped for cooking meals and most importantly enough room for everyone to have their space but also come together very comfortably in the living/kitchen area. We had fun playing Corn hole.
We can’t wait to go back! Was perfect for our group - 4 families, 7 young kids (all 6 and under). They had plenty of room to run around and play, with space for adults to hang. Amazing views, easy to get to Winter Park, easy parking, well stocked house with every amenity you need. It’s a gem!!
Lovely home with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is great for cooking for your family. The hot tub was nice. Everyone was very comfortable there. Just beware that the garage is two car, but we had 3 large trucks and a car and it was very tight putting a truck and car in the garage. But other than that I would stay here again if we come back.
Party of 10 adults booked for a long weekend and the property is absolutely amazing! The furniture and finishes were high end and well maintained. We cooked and baked the 4 nights we were there. The kitchen has everything you need. The pillows and blankets were plentiful. The house was SPOTLESS! The home comfortably fit all adults with several areas do retreat away from the crowd. There is a walking trail behind the house and an easy stroll to lunch or dinner. Our entire party was very impressed with the home. Perfect place to connect with friends and or family and play games. The neighborhood is quiet. There is some construction happening accross the street but it didnt disrupt our rest. The home is filled with a lot of love. The attention to detail was unmatched. We will return soon! * Please forgive any typos *

This home was one of the best VRBOs that we've ever stayed in. Everything was so nice! We were able to sleep 12 people very comfortably with plenty of bathrooms. The three levels really made people feel like they had their own space. The two living areas were awesome, especially since we had teenagers. They loved having their own hang out space! It was an easy drive to Winter Park. The view was amazing and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long days of skiing. Since we cooked every evening we found the kitchen to be well stocked of all needed utensils, cookware and appliances (including things like a coffee grinder). The home itself is new and all the finishes were beautiful (says the interior designer here). The very large laundry room with hooks and benches was awesome for storing gear and getting lots of people out the door in the mornings. It was nice to park our cars in the garage. There is a convenient ski rental shop nearby and a brewery. :-) Jennifer, the host, was very helpful and communicative and kind.
We will definitely stay there again!
The home was great and very well appointed with all the luxuries one needs. Highly recommend this property for a large group. The owners are very approachable and were a phone call away.Thank you Kevin and Jennifer for being such great hosts.
Excellent home with amazing views ! Def give this stay a 10 out of 10 !

Hello! We live in Castle Pines, Colorado, and have raised our three kids skiing and hiking. We moved from Boston in 1997 to start a family here and never looked back. We purchased this townhome in 2020, which took two years to complete. We have enjoyed it thoroughly in the past years and feel that it is time to let others enjoy it the way we do when we can not be here.
We travel often and have used VRBO, so we have put a lot of thought and consideration into what makes a stay easy and enjoyable. Please leave us feedback to let us know if we have done an excellent job or need to attend to something. We have tried to do extras, like coffee, laundry pods, and new comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Thank you! Jen and Kevin
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy a townhome in the Grand Park neighborhood of Fraser because it is 10 minutes from the slopes, a 5-minute drive to Safeway, has great mountain bike and walking/hiking trails everywhere, 5 minutes from the tubing hill and only 1 1/2 hours from our home in Castle Pines or the airport for guests.
What makes this property unique
Our deck points in the direction of James Peak, Buyers Peak, and the slopes of Winter Park Ski Resort, giving us the best view. We love the house's three levels, which give guests space. We also purchased additional concrete slabs for two extra parking spaces. The heated garage for one truck and one sedan is a bonus.
