We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was clean and spacious, with a terrific location. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and had a couple of meals out on the patio! It was quiet but very close to the beautiful Crescent beach. Lucie, Anh and the team had great communication with us and delivered brand new beach chairs within an hour of our request. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful stay in Sarasota

The waters edge is 800ft from the condo. Everything is conveniently located close to the condo. Several other beaches to visit close by. We loved everything about our stay here. If your looking for clean, convenient, and comfortable book your stay here!

Can’t beat location and property for the price

We’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. We love how it’s just steps from the beach but the price is not astronomical like with others. Very clean inside and the property itself is well maintained. Within walking distance to Toasted Mangos and Capt Kirks as well as nearby bars. We had a great experience and will be back.

Very nice condo in an excellent area

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key. The condo was located in a perfect location, with a short walk to the beach. Everything was just a short drive again. The condo was very clean. We had no trouble cooking breakfast / lunches for the beach. We'll stay there again the next time we visit Siesta Key.

Great location

A short walk to the beach, dining, grocery, and souvenirs! with a private access, I only wish the hotels surrounding didn’t take all the room. Perhaps our own beach attendant could compete for space. But the property was spectacular. We will be back!

Loved Siesta Key!

The condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. The on suite bath was small. The kitchen did not have much counter space and the pots and pans were old and not very many to cook with. No pitcher to make tea or lemonade. And very few utensils to cook with. Was a good place to stay. Close to the beach just a short walk.

great location

The location is great. I was a little disappointed in a few things. There were no beach chairs in condo, the welcome book said there should have been. We were also not able to put the air below 74, the label on the thermostat said the unit would freeze. 74 is too hot for me when sleeping. I cannot imagine staying there mid summer, it would for sure be way hot. Otherwise the stay was good.

Time to update

It is need of an update. 3 of the 4 kitchen chairs were rickety, Overall the condo is due for a refresh. It is furnished with only the very basics. Probably the most disappointing thing was the wine glasses were put away dirty. :<(

Lovely Condo

It is a very clean condo within walking distance of Cresent Beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo is equipped with a kitchen and limited utensils for a short-term stay. The condo does not supply cooking essentials, e.g., oil, salt, and pepper, and requires disposal upon leaving. This leaves a clean kitchen, but no extras are to be shared with other renters. TVs in every room have various options, and the internet works well. The air conditioner cannot be turned lower than 74 per the instructions above the thermostat, which may impact temperature and humidity. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Beach towels and beach chairs are available, and the pool / hot tub is clean and available until 10 p.m. The condo was stocked with enough bath towels, dishes, and blankets.

Disgusting

The room was filthy. The furniture looked like it came from a rummage sale. Everything had a layer of grime on it. The light fixture in the dining area was filled with dead bugs. The hot water faucet in one of the bathrooms almost came off in my hand the first time I attempted to use it. The clothes dryer sounded like a cement mixer. The owner did not appreciate our concerns. We tried in vain to communicate with them, their responses were typically sorry, nothing we could do. After we started seeing roaches running under the refrigerator we left with 10 days left in our booking as we were too disgusted to remain.

Storm drainage system is terrible!

The storm drainage system at this place is the worst I have ever seen! Multiple vehicles were flooded just trying to get down the road to the place. We had to travel outside of the area and stay in a different location for over four hours because the water level was so high. Since we didn’t arrive until after 5 o’clock, we had to call a special number and speak to some off-site person that was of NO HELP! After finally wading through knee-deep dirty water with trash & debris floating in it, we were able to get to the stairs to our unit. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a property. It wasn’t the condo itself, the condo was very clean and very nice! Surely the condo owner has no idea how bad the area is when it has rained. If I had the condo owners phone number, I would call and enlighten them myself. They need to know about what their guests have to go through to stay here. (I took pictures & a video if they would like to see). This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend This place to anyone because of the above stated reasons. Again, the condo itself and the cleanliness of the condo were not the problem.

Moms off duty - A great stay!

Great place to stay, nice pool, private beach access provided a less crowed beach area. The highlight of our stay was swimming with manatees in the ocean right where we were handing out.

Closer to the beach than I imagined! Quiet pool great for kids. The trolley was convenient to get around the island. The unit had everything we needed for the trip.
