Gorgeous HOKIE HOME ~ Football, Graduation, VCOM and C'Burg Aquatics

Beautiful classic 4 bedroom home located in a newly developed subdivision minutes away from Virginia Tech. The gorgeous Huckleberry trail runs right behind our neighborhood and the famous Farmhouse restaurant is with in walking distance from our home. Not only are you minutes away from Virginia Tech but, Radford University and all the big shopping centers and restaurants are all located within minutes from the neighborhood. You will enjoy the new custom large kitchen which is super spacious for families and friends.
Our beautiful Master bedroom has a King size bed , and master bath has both a shower and large tub. The second large bedroom features a with cal. King bed, and plenty of room for a air bed if needed! 3rd bedroom has a gorgeous Full size bed. 4th bedroom has Queen size bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as flat screen TVs.
Our Beautiful backyard with custom play area and fire pit for those chilly nights. You might enjoy playing a few games of pool together in the large custom built family room.
There is an additional pull out sofa bed in the living room.

****Please note that any travelers considering our home be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood. No house parties are tolerated! ONLY 3 cars are allowed in the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked overnight at the Christiansburg Recreation Center which is .05 miles at the beginning of the neighborhood.

Cleanest property that we have stayed in. Anywhere. Owner Heather was prompt in communicating, pleasant and helpful. Perfect location for Hokies football weekend or graduation. The outdoor area is special.

Mid-Week VT Trip

This was an excellent place to have as a base for exploring Blacksburg and Christiansburg. The house is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the host was very responsive when we had questions.

Outstanding property in Christiansburg

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying in this property. The house was extremely clean, lots of great amenities that made our stay comfortable and fun, the host was very helpful and had great communication, and the location was very convenient to VA Tech. This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! Heather is an amazing host. The home is very clean, it’s as described, it’s easy to find and check in to. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of people. There is enough room for everyone and great common places to gather and watch tv. Beautiful backyard and a two car driveway for parking. Great neighborhood that we felt safe and comfortable walking in at night. We are planning on staying there again.

Great rental in Christiansburg, VA

House was really nice, super clean, and owner was really easy to work with and extremely helpful. Easily accessible to highway, stores, restaurants. Great rental for games and graduations in greater VT area.

Football weekend

We would highly recommend this home for a small family gathering or a football weekend w/friends. The house is immaculate and well stocked. The host/owner is as nice as she can be, attentive and easy to work with. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home close to everything

Stayed for VT graduation. Home is 10 minutes from campus. Walmart Food Lion and restaurants are within 5 minutes. Really hot water with amazing water pressure

Easter Vacation

My family and I rent homes often when we travel. This home was above and beyond our expectations. Very clean and spacious. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Beautiful back yard to enjoy. The host was one of the best I have ever rented from. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home, Ideal for a VT Visit

From check in to check out, everything was perfect for our group of eight visiting the area for the Marshall/VT game. The house was clean, the sleeping arrangements were ideal for a party of eight, and the game room on the bottom floor with walkout to the backyard was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend! Although our Marshall Thundering Herd lost to the Hokies, our fantastic rental softened that blow. Thank you, Heather, for allowing our group to use your home as our own for the weekend!

Great VT Football Weekend

This home was perfect for our group of 10. The owner answered any questions immediately. It was very clean and comfortable. Maybe 10-15 minutes from Blacksburg. Great big screen TV for watching games. It had a nice deck and a beautiful back yard to hang out in. Food Lion was a couple minutes away as were multiple coffee spots. We would definitely stay again.

Graduation Gathering

House was excellent. Superb host/owner. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our son’s graduation experience. We had 4 grandparents, 2 parents, an aunt, and a sister staying in the house. Plenty of room for everyone, but also enjoyed preparing meals and socializing in the kitchen and eating area. Perfect place for our gathering. Highly recommended to others.

Wonderful stay for Graduation weekend

This home was perfect for our large family's stay for VT's graduation weekend! This lovely home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was very close to VT as well as grocery store, and restaurants. Heather was a terrific host and very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
