Remarkably tranquil setting for such a convenient location: Hwy 580/80 to Berkeley, Bay Bridge or the Richmond -SF Ferry to San Francisco, San Rafael Bridge to Marin, Hwy 4 to Walnut Creek, plus it is an easy spot from which to take day trips to Stinson Beach, Point Reyes, or Napa Valley, Located across the street from Richmond Yacht Club and Brickyard Marina. Lovely neighborhood strolling and bike path to the historic village of Point Richmond. Plus, nature trails in hills bordering Brickyard Landing condominium complex. It is a remarkable package. Please book well in advance, preferably at least 2 weeks before arrival. Maximum occupancy two people. Call owner with questions. Only more than 30 day long stays allowed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Leave clothes washer door open, wipe rubber seal. 2. Turn off ceiling fan. 3. Empty refrigerator/freezer. 4. TAKE OUT TRASH. 5. Turn off wall heaters. 6. Make sure windows are shut.
7. Close bath window. 8. Empty mail box. 9. Put extra key is in lockbox. 10. Put clickers, common area key, front door keys in top right kitchen drawer. 11. Stove off. 12. Empty garage storage.
13. Clean oil drippings in parking area. 14. Place TV & candle clickers on coffee table. 15. Leave bedding on closet floor. 16. Leave towels in bathtub. 17. Drop window shades. 18. LOCK dead bolt.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
