I love providing a nice place for family to come and visit their children and grandchildren. Lots of people come to my studio for weddings, separations and to visit their family here. I offer short or long-term stays.

Why they chose this property

This home was owned by the same family for 60 years and it's such a wonderful location. I just love this home and the energy.

What makes this property unique

You don't need a car here. There is a bus stop down the street that will take you to San Francisco. There is a park with tennis courts right across the street. You can walk to Tony Tutto's pizzeria in 5 minutes or to the movie theater in ten minutes. Everything you need is all within a 10 minute walk.

This is also a good place for seniors as there are no stairs. A lot of my tenants here come in to visit their children, writing, looking for a home, remodeling and other reasons they need a comfortable place to temporarily live or vacation.

You will love it here. I also have a one bedroom bungalow in the backyard in a beautiful garden setting.
