**A pool resurfacing project will begin on November 27, 2023, and will last approximately three weeks. During this time, the pool, spa, and kiddie pool will be closed. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

The Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats a total of 6 and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. The living area has a large comfortable sectional with a pull out, flat screen TV and balcony access (not to mention the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!)
The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bath with a double vanity and glass walk in shower! The guest bedroom has a Full size bed and its own bathroom, as well. There is complimentary WiFi included in the rental.
Relax on the spacious, wrap around balcony while you enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views and sounds of the waves as they meet the sugar white sands in which the area is known for.
