This custom finished luxury condo is located just steps away form lift 7 and Clark's Market. Walk to skiing and the river trail or take the galloping goose to the gondola. This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom condo, completed in late September 2018 features a gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances, carrara marble counter tops and custom cabinetry. Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with carrara tile and countertops, and custom vanities. Trade between the master and guest suites as one has a steam shower and the other a deep soaking tub. Other amenities include custom finished oak floors, a gas fireplace, radiant heat, a deck with weber grill, carrera countertops, luxury 300 plus thread count sheets and towels.....Our family has been coming to Telluride for over 15 years.....owning a home here is a dream come true. We labored over every last detail from the grout color to the appliances to the wood floors to the dishes, etc... to create the perfect getaway.
