There Are 3 Bedrooms On This Level, 1 Being a Bunk Room (bed Plus a Set of Bunk Beds), 1 with a King and 1 with 2 twins. This Floor Also Has a Second Washer and Dryer Set. The Covered Deck On This Level Features a Lighted Hot Tub, Outdoor Speakers and Additional Seating. This is a Non Smoking Home. Minimum Age 28 Years for renter responsibility. After Labor Day we cannot guarantee access to the dock as the TVA determines when they need to begin their winter pool levels. At some point after Labor Day (historically it is late October/early November) we have to move our dock to deeper water for the winter which does not allow for access from the property. We can offer a boat slip in the community in this event if you would like to bring or rent a boat during your stay.
Lakeside Estates is a gated community with a private boat launch. We have our own pool and walking trails. Overflow parking is also available. You are 10-15 minutes from LaFollette TN where you can stock up on supplies or make a quick run for any last minute needs. Take a day trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg which is an easy drive about an hour and a half away. There you can enjoy shopping, shows and many attractions. There are many golf courses in the area which makes a great weekend trip in fall or spring. Added bonus of the beauty of the mountains during any season.
