Upgraded single family in home in a quiet neighborhood of Mission Heights. Family game room has 8' pool table that can switch with a ping pong table top, wet bar, and darts with a 50" 4k tv. Living room has a 50 inch led tv. All bedrooms have high def tvs.. High internet speed. 7' Hot tub on the outdoor patio and a fire pit to cook smores and enjoy in the evenings. Backyard is enclosed for your privacy. All bedrooms have large flat screen tvs.

Comfortable house

We settled right into this house. Very comfortable, owner was great and could not have had a better location. It is centralized to everything, shopping, the zoo, the airport, Coronado Island. And we will definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. We came for my son’s SDSU football camp which is 15 minutes away. Close to a mall, many restaurants, and the beach. Pool table and hot tub were a nice bonus. Property owner is excellent!

All you need and then some

I bought my first home in 2015 specifically for hosting a vacation rental. I used to travel with my family doing contract work to the military living in different areas for 6 to 8 months at a time. I stayed in VRBOs during these travels and decided to engage in the business after living continually in San Diego. My new project is a home in Big Lake Alaska that I am turning into a triplex.

Why they chose this property

The location is the best. So close to everything without being in the city. We take uber rides all the time to enjoy nightlife Gas Lamp, Little Italy or the local beach towns.

What makes this property unique

This property has plenty to do when you come home after enjoying the sights and attractions of San Diego. Pool table, ping pong,, darts, hot tub and fire pit! When you want to relax, enjoy large screen TV's in all rooms.
