Townhouse in Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, 2 bedroom, 1.5 Bath unit. Recent renovations to Bathrooms and Kitchen. Master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom with two twins. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and downstairs. The condo is located in the Billington Village which has great access to Route 137 and Route 6.

Cozy, clean property exactly as described and depicted. Owner was extremely communicative. Our third time renting in Ocean Edge, but first time using VRBO. This made us confident we will rent with this owner again!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Just spent 7 nights in Brewster at this condo. Everything was as described, very nice location and owner was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Doug's condo for your stay in Cape Cod. The only downside is that you have to provide your own linens, towels, etc.

Cape Getaway

We had a wonderful time on the Cape and the condo was a perfect spot for our family of four. The property was very clean, had all the basics we needed and was in a quiet well maintained area. Communication with the owner was very prompt and he had helpful tips on the area. We enjoyed the pools at Ocean’s Edge and used the basketball court also. The location in Brewster was close to everything, beach, rail trail, small market, restaurants and more.

Super clean home

My children and I had a wonderful week at Ocean Edge. The townhome was wonderful, extremely clean, and the location was perfect. Communication with Doug, the owner, was so easy, he answered all of my questions and responded quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. My children were excited to find the stash of games and puzzles in the living room. The beds and couches were comfortable, the air conditioners worked well, and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Very pleasant mid-Cape spot for adults and childrem

Our second time staying at Ocean Edge in June, The unit was well kept up and surrounded by nice grounds and amenities in the larger complex. Town of Brewster beaches and visit to Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary recommended. Bike path access closeby. Numerous casual restaurants are nearby. Remember to bring extras like sheets, towels, blankets, bath soap and food storage supplies.

Great information about area from property manager. Brewster beaches were beautiful! Loved the Brewster Fish house. Had dinner there twice. Rental property clean and well stocked.

Our stay on the Cape

The condo was very clean. The owner was vey helpful with my questions. Very quiet and private neighborhood, plenty of parking spaces. All the beaches were 45 minutes and less. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Clean, great house, good communication

This was a great house for four people, very close to the exit to route 137 which gives all the Villages Road to do a ~4.5 mile round walk in the morning. The house itself was really clean. During these times of coronavirus there were no linens or towels but that was in agreement with the owner. The house has 1.5 bathrooms newly renovated and the kitchen has been renovated as well. Doug (the owner) was very responsive and answered our questions right away. THANKS, Doug!!! We would definitely like to come back.

Nice unit in Ocean Edge. Owner was very accommodating and great to work with. We love this area of the Cape and like spending time in Brewster and Orleans. Would definitely rent this place again.
