The master suite features a comfortable queen bed, and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Two full bathrooms add convenience and comfort during your stay. Enjoy peaceful mornings or sunset evenings from the balcony, soaking in the tranquil Gulf views.

When you’re ready to explore, simply stroll across the street and enjoy the beach up close. The property also offers a community pool, hot tub, and a designated shared grilling area for your enjoyment.

Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Our room was in very good condition and clean. Great for two adults and two littles. The property wasn’t wonderful and a little old, but we would start again.

Great family getaway

Our condo was decorated very pretty and very clean Cleaning service needed to leave extra soap and toilet paper. We will definitely book again

A perfect location

This stay made me want to buy a unit in this building. The location is perfect for everything. People worry about Mexico because after the hurricanes but the area as a whole is coming back and with this property you would never even be able to tell what happened. Overflow parking was convenient for our boat. The unit was well decorated, comfortable and made a great anniversary get away! Property office right next door, we didn’t need anything but if you did you can’t beat that convenience .

I was very impressed with the condo. It was very clean and had everything I needed in the kitchen. Most of the time you expect the pictures to be better than reality, this was not the case it was nicer than I expected. The hardwood floors and new carpet in the bedroom was very nice. The staff at forgotten coast was amazing to work with I felt like they really wanted me to enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend this condo and the forgotten coast rental agency to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and the condo was great. It was well stocked, clean and the minor issues we had were fixed promptly. The view was great! Will definitely stay here again! One thing was the water wasn't pretty like we had hoped. All the rain brought in canal water and it was dirty so we had to go to PCB for pretty water.

The condo was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the view was great, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much! And we ate lots of good seafood. The only negative thing I have to say can easily be corrected. The carpet was very dirty, and stained. It should be cleaned.
