Lovely villa, huge 76m2 pool, few minutes walk from Javea old town.

The Spanish colonial villa 'La Noria' is beautifully set on a 2300 m2 plot in the exclusive area Valls/Seniola. With views over the valley and towards the Montgo mountain. It's just a few minutes walk to the old town. Great for a late night dinner or exploring the historical center. On the south side of the villa you'll find a large terrace with sitting area over looking a garden with a wide lawn for the children to play on. On the other side there is a mature garden with palms, orange trees, the pool area and wooden terrace (fully private). Ping pong table, soccer table, billiard, dining area with extra fridge, 2 BBQ(gas and carbon), etc. Shaded areas to sit and relax. The interior is very spacious with open vaulted ceilings. The lounge and dining area is open plan in design. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining table inside or outside for 10 people. Living room with fireplace, Sky sports, Bt sports(all soccer games), 65 inch LED, WIFI. Lounge area with sliding doors . There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms downstairs. Separate toilet near the pool. Inside and outside staircase. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms (one suite size) and a shared bathroom. Both master bedrooms have television. There is a highchair and travel cot for the baby. Also there are small children toys around such as a slide and toycar. The pool area can be closed off for safety.

A beautiful retreat.

We choose this lovely villa because of it's size and location. Our party consisted of 4 couples and it was plenty big enough to find some peace a quiet away from everyone to read a book. The location is perfect, 10 mins drive from Javea 15 from denia and 20 from moraira. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Walter is an excellent host and very communicative. I highly recommend a stay at this superb villa.

Bedrooms & bathrooms very clean, but in sitting rooms there was a smell of pets. The varying levels around pool area could be difficult for small children and adults with mobility issues. The pool was excellent.

Wonderful grounds and pool. Villa tired, needs decorating and furniture updating. Beds comfortable but linen cheap. For price charged expected far more e.g pool towels, welcome pack providing basics milk,bread butter etc would have been good. Air con needed in communal areas.

Fabulous Villa

We have just returned from 2 weeks and this villa was perfect for a family holiday. There was plenty for all the children to do to keep them entertained. The pool was fantastic. We did have an issue with the pool being murky but we contacted the Host and it was sorted immediately. The host for the property was great. There was everything you needed in the villa and everything was in good working order. Plenty of room for 2 cars to park. It was about a 10 min drive or so to both the old and new part of Javea. It’s perfect for anyone with disabilities as everything is on the flat and has big downstairs bedrooms as well as upstairs. We can highly recommend this villa and would definitely book again.

Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad in dit mooie Huis. Het huis zelf was zeer proper, zeker de keuken en badkamers. Buiten was groot. De meubels buiten waren in een gebruikte toestand, maar zeker nog goed! 1 tuinstoel was gescheurd maar er waren genoeg alternatieven om je buiten in de zon te leggen. De kamers zijn groot, bedden liggen goed en linnen zijn proper. Per persoon ook baddoeken set aanwezig die kwalitatief zeer goed waren. Zwembad was groot en proper. Misschien een tip voor walter: een bak om al het buitenspeelgoed in te verzamelen, onze hond had er de activiteit van gemaakt om allemaal (kapot) speelgoed uit de struiken te halen. Hier kan de huisbaas natuurlijk niet aandoen, dit zijn andere huurders die hun afval niet juist deponeerden.De locatie is een gezellige buurt met restaurantjes en bars op wandel afstand. Buren waren ook zeer vriendelijk. Wil je naar een toeristischer straatje raden we de auto aan (vaak gratis parkeerplek) ook een dagje Valencia ging zeer vlot. Ruime parking. Communicatie met Walter is zeker een 10 waard! Antwoordt zeer snel en niets was te veel gevraagd. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Tolles Haus an guter Lage

Wir verbrachten schöne Ferien im gemütlichen und gut eingerichteten Haus. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen tollen Pool. Die Innenstadt von Javea ist auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Fantastisk villa

Vi var tre familjer i olika åldrar som spenderade en vecka i detta fina hus. Vi tyckte alla att huset har många och bra sällskapsutrymmen. Sköna sängar och bra möjligheter till temperaturreglering genom A/C i alla sovrum. Stor och välskött pool som alla i sällskapet uppskattade. Vi saknade dock större utrymmen för skugga runt poolen för tex äldre för att kunna hålla koll på barnen i poolen under en längre tid. Javea var en mysig stad med fin strandpromenad med många och bra restauranger runt stranden Arenal. Vi fick bra tips från Walters fru Gia vilket uppskattades! Vi kommer alla gärna tillbaka ett annat år.

Fabulous villa. Great location, superb garden and amazing pool.

This was a perfect choice for a family holiday. Easily catered for 8 people. Plenty of space and never crowded. We enjoyed long lazy days by the pool with relaxing evenings using the many areas provided by this villa. The kitchen and outdoor bbq easily catered for our every need. The location was perfect. Quiet yet within easy reach of everything we needed. The ample parking made it a great choice where we had both a minivan and car. Brilliant place.

Perfect

We stayed at Villa Noria for two weeks: two adults and four children. The location was perfect. You need a car to to to town and the beach (5 minutes), but that was only better. The house is located in a quiet area. Shops nearby. The house is huge. The swimming pool is fabulous. The service is great. We drove to check other places. Not worth it. Javea is the place to walk, swim and eat. We will certainly come back.

The Holiday of a Lifetime

Where can I start with the villa beautiful, huge,fantastic pool, lovely garden, magnificent eating areas and everything you could need in a villa , my family and friends family had such a great time javea is beautiful old town if you like tapas you will fit right in . Walter and his wife are a credit to the place helpful and knowledgeable of the area I can't speak highly enough . I would love to keep this to myself so it could be our own little paradise escape but really if you are a family GO!!!!

Je profite de l’occasion pour vous indiquer toute notre satisfaction concernant “La Noria”, toute la famille a profité de chaque espace joliment et confortablement aménagé : - l’agencement intérieur bien distribué et suffisamment spacieux, cuisine bien équipée (suggestion ++ => un presse-agrume électrique pour les jus d’oranges du matin / 10 personnes) - le jardin et la piscine ont été de précieux alliés pour les jeux d’enfants, - les espaces arborés, fleuris et colorés, ainsi que le petit jardin exotique, ajoutent au confort de la Noria, - les barbecues de précieux alliés pour les grands, au moment des repas, - les climatiseurs efficaces ont bercés nos nuits paisibles ! - le grand écran TV nous a permis de voir (enfin !) la France triompher de l’Allemagne en football ! ! ! Great Villa with lots of space and convenience

We were impressed with this nice, clean and spacious villa; lots of space, seating areas everywhere along the large garden, great pool, great BBQ area, very well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this for couples, groups of friends, parents w children, a dog is no problem; completely fenced terrain. A car is needed to get around. We will be back for sure!

Villa La Noria

I stayed at the villa La Noria in Javea towards the end of August 2009 with my family and we all enjoyed our stay enormously. Javea itself is a very nice town and quite unspoiled by "Costas" standards, with no high rise development at all. The villa is sited a short walk to the old town (the covered market is a definite visit Monday - Saturday). The beaches are that bit further and ideally either a car or bike ride would be best. The villa is very nice and as beautiful as the web site shows, although the pictures do not do justice to the interior. It is extremely comfortable and everything worked well. Despite the villa being handily placed to the main road into Javea port, it is still very quiet and peaceful. The welcome we received was very helpful, quite laid back and unobtrusive. We would all be hapy to visit Javea again and equally happy to stay at La Noria. All in all a lovely holiday.

Very nice place to enjoy Javea and it's surroundin

We had a great stay there. Kids loved the pool and the garden. It was clean and as comfy as we were expecting. This is a very nice address in relation with what we paid so we will definetly consider it again for coming back. The person who was taking care of the property could all time be reached for answering some questions and we did appreciate that too.

Great stay for the family

We had a very good stay. At our arrival we were pick up just after 5 minutes and brought to the villa. After showing us the villa and telling the necesaries (where is the supermarket, beach etc.) we got the keys and our holidays started. The pool is great for the kids and the garden is beautiful. It was pretty hot so it's good to have aircon in the bedrooms. There is plenty of shade and places to sit/relax. All in all we had a great stay and hope to come back next year.
