Fantastic location

The villa is in an amazing location with breathtaking frontline views of the sea exactly as the on line listing shows. This was why we chose it, and it lived up to our expectations. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. A couple of very minor comments to the host. - It would be good to have some basic information such as where to take rubbish, local restaurants, local beach. We found all this but info would have been useful. - Leave out some dishwasher and washing tablets, maybe just enough for the stay. Thanks

Bien d’exception

Nous avons passé 1 semaine magique dans cette villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Divers salons extérieurs permettent de se poser et savourer ses vacances. Les pièces intérieures sont très bien agencées et la maison est très bien équipée. Le summum pour nous a été cette piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir. Je recommande vivement cette maison si vous voulez passer un séjour magnifique.

Great View and Scenery

Very easy and not complicated check-in, villa is a pure dream, modern equipped and the view is absolutely astonishing. Only bad aspects is that is a bit far from city centre, quite windy when cloudy and parking is tricky when having a bigger car.

Magnifique !!!

Superbe Villa très bien agencé et de très bon goût. La vue et bien elle est juste magnifique !!!!!!!et inoubliable ...un vrai déchirement de devoir partir et de ne plus pouvoir en profiter...l’endroit est adapté aux familles par contre pour les enfants jusqu’à 6 ans les extérieurs restent dangereux du fait que l’on soit perchée sur un rocher (surtout coter terrain de pétanque muret bas)..nous avons gardé notre fils de 6 ans sous haute surveillance. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et joignable tout le temps avec un service rapide, au top! Javea est une très jolie ville bien animé : restaurants, boutiques etc...avec une plage de sable magnifique où l’on a pieds sur Plus de 70 m... que du sable fin 👍super pour jouer avec les enfants. Point négatif pour nous » le phare « qui est en lui même magnifique mais beaucoup de visiteurs et du coup pas d’intimité coin piscine et terrasse ce qui m’a beaucoup déranger car les gens observent aux jumelles toute la journée!! Et il y’a quand même beaucoup de vis vis (maison) coter piscine. Il faudrait mettre un pare vue et se serait top !... le service nettoyage et plus que correct pour l’espagne car d’habitude c’est assez laborieux!!!, linge de lit et serviettes nickel ils viennent changer et faire les lits chaque semaine (lundi)👍. Pour résumé villa 5 étoiles 🌟 vue 5 étoile 🌟 intimité 2🌟propreté 4🌟location adapter pour tout le monde sauf enfant en bas âge et personne très âgé (escalier extérieur). Notre séjour reste en tous les cas un très très bon souvenir. Merci

Je suis très heureux que vous ayez passé de très bonnes vacances à Blue Dream Villa. Toutefois, je reste surpris de votre observation. La villa a été louée une trentaine de fois depuis sa rénovation, et personne ne nous a signalé de problème d’intimité, ou de vis-à-vis. Bien au contraire les locataire apprécient son calme car elle est située au bout d’une impasse.. Le phare est à plus de 200 mètres de la maison, avec une zone verte qui s’intercale. Les visiteurs viennent admirer le point de vue magnifique, et l’île Ibiza juste en face (ce qui peut justifier l’utilisation de jumelles). N’ayez crainte, la piscine n’est pas visible du phare. Juste l’extrémité de la terrasse du BBQ. Vous auriez dû y aller, cela vous aurait rassuré. Concernant le mur du terrain de pétanque, sa hauteur est réglementaire. Mais vous avez raison, il est toujours prudent de surveiller ses enfants de moins de 6 ans. En espérant vous revoir bientôt à Blue Dream Villa

The villa was beautiful and as described. We enjoyed Javea and all it had to offer. Great to hire jet skis and go out on a boat for the day. Lovely holiday, very relaxing.

Amazing location!

A beautiful, well appointed house on an amazing location. Contrary to many houses, here all of the 4 bedrooms are wonderful, and the bathrooms as well. The house is near the end of a cul-de-sac, so traffic noice is not an issue at all. Both the in-house and outdoor kitchen are well equipped and in line with the high standard of the house. We'll be back, definitely!
