You will love this beautifully renovated, Gulf-front condo located on the stunning white sands of Crystal Beach. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sounds from the third-floor balcony. You can stroll the lovely beach or bike ride, walk, or jog along the paved sidewalks/bike trails of Scenic Gulf Drive. This well-appointed condo has 2 king-size beds (one is in the master and one in the second-story open loft) and another bedroom with two twin daybeds with trundles, and 2 full bathrooms. Our maximum occupancy is 8. Although, the home is most comfortable for parties of 6 or less.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The number in your party is agreed upon at time of confirmation. Adding additional guests requires permission of the owner.

Our stay at the condo was very relaxing. We loved having the beach view and enjoyed hearing the sound of the ocean when we had the balcony open. The view was completely unobstructed, which made it even more enjoyable. The property was also very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Pros: beautiful beach, clean except carpet steps, beach chairs, close to Walmart to pick up supplies, free parkingCons:In picture 32 it actually stated "enjoy the view of the sunset from our balcony." The view is a beautiful sunset, although geographically impossible that it is from the balcony since it faces South. This was the biggest reason I booked this, as I am a photographer. With the balcony facing south, sunsets and sunrises are east and west. Not sure where this picture was taken, but it wasn't from the balcony.There was only one smart TV, in the bedroom. That was a big deflator for us. We were unable to connnect to anything we watch in the living room.There were literally NO supplies - no shampoo, no soap, no conditioner, no beach towels, no laundry detergent, no baggies, no first-aid supplies, no coffee pods. Never stayed in a VRBO for 500 plus per night without the minimum complimentary supplies.Usually, a host leaves recommendations of what to see and where to eat. There were very minimal reviews from other vacationers only.It was a first for me! I had to text the cleaning crew that we were leaving. Yikes. Not my job and another thing to remember on check-out day.I have never left a review like this, but these things flavored our whole vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay at Suzanne and Barry’s condo! Everything was spotless, beautifully updated, and fully stocked! The private beach was gorgeous and peaceful, and having complimentary chairs waiting each day was such a nice bonus. The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and set! Suzanne and Barry were great to work with and made check-in and checkout super easy. The location was perfect! It’s close to great food and sights, yet still quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

We are Barry and Suzanne Hardison and we are thrilled to have a oceanfront vacation condo in Destin! For 5 years, we owned and rented through VRBO a 1 bedroom condo across the street from the beach. We feel blessed to have this larger, beach-side home which accommodates more family and allows us to consider our young teenagers' desire to bring friends to the beach.

Our family looks forward to any time in Destin. The sound of the waves and the beautiful white sand are so enticing. In fact, our children have even braved the winter waters of the Gulf! There's never a bad day when you are at the beach!

Why they chose this property

Crystal Villas is in the perfect location. In our opinion, it is on the "quiet end" of Scenic Highway 98. This smaller, three story complex is in a prime location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want in the convenient condo.

What makes this property unique

The sense of calm and relaxation our family experiences at the beach is priceless. Our young adult children love to swim in the ocean and pool, and we always enjoy our morning runs as a family on the walking/bike path. Window shopping and eating fresh seafood top our list of "must-do" excursions away from the beach. It is always a blessing to be here.
