Great location and loved the 1st floor unit. Easy walk to beach and good view. Gated entrance was nice and parking was easy. Could have been a little cleaner, found sand on floors and hair on bed sheets upon arrival. With a little more attention to detail this could be a 5 star property.

This is our second stay in the condo. We love the first floor condo, you cannot beat it. Not to mention the pool is right outside the front door.Parking is easy, not a high rise condo.Short short walk to the beach.Plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Washer and dryer are great.

The view was great, as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was nice and the building is close to lots of restaurants and stores. However, the kitchen cabinet doors should be replaced and the drawers in the bedroom are not good quality relative to the rental cost of the unit. Also, the cleaning was not great. Dishes were not clean, some dishes were left in the dishwasher and towels left in the dryer, the outside front windows were dirty, and there was a slight odor in the entry area.
