East Hampton Gem Brand New Furniture With Heated Pool/Hot tub. 4 bedroom, 4.5 Bath home situated on 1.2 private acres on a cul de sac that backs up to a reserve. The house opens to a very large sitting room with 20 ft ceilings, a family/TV room that opens to a wrap around porch, dining room that seats 8 and a very large kitchen that was just remodeled. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with en suite bathrooms. The is a large finished basement downstairs that we use as a kids playroom/entertainment room. The home features a heated gunite pool and hot tub with large bluestone patio along with a large dining table and outdoor grill so you can enjoy your dinner outside. We are minutes into both East Hampton village and several beaches. 10 minutes from Sag. Perfect house for a family or couples!!

Great family vacation home

We spent the 1st night preparing for hurricane Henri. Meredith was wonderful - helpful and responsive. We had a great trip - our children loved everything about the house (especially the basement and the pool).

East Hampton Gem!

I recently stayed at this property for an extended weekend and everything was perfect -- the house is even more beautiful in person that pictured! We spent most of our time by the pool and on the outdoor deck - the grounds are kept immaculate! The house is also stocked with everything you could need (sheets, towels, etc.). I am already looking to return for another trip in the future!

perfect for bachelorette

this house was everything i could have wanted and more for a weekend trip with 6 of my closest girlfriends. The house was spacious, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and pool area especially! would recommend to any of my friends and family and hope i have a reason to come back :)

insanely perfect

Perfect grounds (well cut grass, perfect flower beds), gorgeous (heated) pool, very well-stocked, close to town but felt "far away". Hosts replied to all questions within literally 2 minutes via text. Great internet (though cell service not great - one bar for AT&T and Verizon). Gorgeous new kitchen. Rooms amazing with (this almost never happens in rental homes) extremely comfortable bedding and beds. The MBR upstairs had a huge walk-in closet (where we put our baby!) which worked perfectly since it was quiet and tucked away. House was totally spotless. We will 10000% come back to this rental.

Beautiful Property

The property is very serene and surrounded by beautiful trees for privacy. The pool was beautiful! Meredith did an amazing job decorating the interior of their home, which made the stay even more enjoyable. She was also very responsive with any questions we had before the stay and during the stay. It's a great house for 3-4 couples or a family of 8. What's nice about their house which is different than others I have stayed at is they have so many bathrooms so everyone was able to get ready without any hassle. Would def. stay again.

Stunning decor, great location, feels like home

I've used this property twice, both times with small groups of close family and friends. The house is spacious and the decor is out of a catalogue. Even though picture don't do it justice, we took lots of pictures of the interior and grounds because it was so nice. Our favorite part of the house is the covered back porch that overlooks the pool; the first night we were there, storms rolled through all day and night and we enjoyed every minute of it sitting on the comfy couches out there and watching the lightning. The pool is huge and immaculate, and there are plenty of deck chairs and tables to spread out on. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and very private, and the downstairs bedrooms are ideal for kids or guests. For our young daughter, the playroom downstairs was a kid-safe place to play. The feeling of privacy at the house is also attractive to us - we really felt "away", but in reality are still within a five minutes drive to town. Oh - and the kitchen is beautiful and was like a magnet for people; we'd end up gathering there every morning. The owners are easy going and have an easy set of house rules to follow and are responsive to questions. Great house... wish I owned it.

Great property and hosts

The house has almost everything one could want in a vacation property: spacious well appointed rooms, a beautiful pool with good landscaping, a good sound system, privacy, and accessible and friendly hosts. The price was a very good value for such a great place and included reasonable utilities. You will likely want to have a car to access the town and the ocean beaches, but there are cabs available as well without too long a wait. Would definitely rent again in a heartbeat.
