Hi Karen as I had explained I was trying to make things right for you. This was not an intention to trick you. I had let you know that if you were not interested in that unit I could have given you a full refund but I also wanted to make sure you had a place to stay because everything was booked. The place you stayed in was asking double what you had paid. I also had sent you an offer for an IHG resort stay for 5 days and 4 nights but you never responded. (I am in the travel industry and have those deals come across my desk) The offer is still available if you would like to take it please contact me.
